If you could give less then that I would to Strong Arms In A Truck! Im very dissappointed in the professionalism...there is none, the care of items...there is none, the overall experience yesterday SUCKED! The guys enter and immediately exclaim how horrible their day is and just did a 3 story home, that their company is messed up and more. The mover calls his office with a rant on speaker phone inside my apartment about how two people cant do this and so on. Through the whole process Im hearing how they want to go home, they dont get paid enough and just now which sparked the want to make my thoughts public the one says "Man I feel like a slave for this white guy!" to his co worker. That is hugely inappropriate and completely untrue since Im obviously paying for the service. Racism is horrible! Have already damaged two furniture pieces. When I said "let me show you how that one is picked up "Queen Ann Highboy Bedroom set"...he exclaims "this is what I do for a living!" The truck closed up a left and didnt complete the job nor ask me if I was ready to go to the new location. As the truck started pulling away, unnoticed it out the windowed and hurried into my car to follow. I called the company and let them know what was going on and that Im not paying for a service like this. The response "Sorry its happening sir. You have to pay. You agreed to a service." Now at the new location the truck ran into a tree and broke it on the new property. My new neighbor comes home to a blocked driveway because the guys parked the truck inappropriately. Clearly enough room not to block it. When I ask them not to make anymore negative comments the reply was "I come straight man. You like or you dont." After they got my stuff shoved into my new place I look at the truck, there is all the guys smoking cigarettes laying non the back of the truck. The one guy calls me over to sign paperwork that was supposed to be signed at the beginning of the move with an option of insurance. That option I didnt get and would have needed it obviously because of the damage inside my old place they created by running my sofa into the wall. Unprofessional, racist, with the last comment being "One bad review aint gonna take down my momma company" and flipped me off! Completely horrible experience!

This company offered the best deal. I was moving within the same complex. The office manager was very pleasant. I communicated the details of my move honestly, but it seemed the movers did not get this information- they acted surprised we were going to a different building, yet the confirmation letter with the quote clearly stated this. I moved many bags myself (to my car and into the new location), so it was unfortunate to see the movers being relatively slow- poor time management as other reviews have stated. The one man spent most of the time in the truck on his phone. I had all my furniture disassembled and in one area, yet was ask if I was taking various items not in those designated locations (I said no, those werent my belongings, only the items in this room and the other room). They did not wrap my bed stating I should have kept the bag it came in... for professional movers I thought they could have at least wrapped it as they do with dressers. I mentioned that a variety of boxes held glasswear, but no extra precaution was given. They used a dolley and let it drop down each step. Luckily I packed the glasswear with a LOT of packing and nothing was broken. Finally, my primary complaint is the fact that they told me they accept tips at the beginning- very unprofessional. Few things bother me as much as being told to tip! Its part of their "directions before you move" and common knowledge. Overall, the office manager was great to work with. I made sure I stayed within the two hour limit to prevent having to pay more than the quoted price, but I was unimpressed with the movers I had therefore, I would not recommend them, or use them again.

Despicable!!! They were late and when they did arrive they were very unpleasant to talk to. They were constantly complaining on how much work it was. They were very unprofessional and clearly did not have any manners for peoples belongings or manners towards people at all, and they do not take orders from someone well. They were instructed on how to carry some furnitures to prevent any damages and were not able to follow them. While in the process of lifting and moving the furnitures, doing it how ever they want, caused damages. They were not careful with the furnitures, bumping and running into things in a hurry. They were extremely rude, disrespectful and made extremely unnecessary side comments. Beware of this terrible service! Do not, 100% recommend this service at all! I would give it a -5 star if I could.

Wow I have been contacted by this company this week in regards to a quote I asked for online (Kala Hartsfield). Well after reading the reviews I will not be using their services for my move next month. I think its VERY unprofessional of a company to ONLY respond to positive reviews and not address the negative reviews. This tells me as a consumer that this company does not pride itself on their reputation and that the damages to customers property caused by them will not be replaced. Please do NOT contact my number any more! I will not purchase your services!

The movers were very personable and made me feel comfortable. With me being 20 and this was my first time moving (and I was living on the top floor) They also made sure the furniture was all wrapped up and put blankets on top to assure nothing got ripped or scratched during the move. Another big plus was that they were very quick and it only took them 2 hours to move my furniture and take it back out. I highly recommend using them for your next move.

We used them a year ago and are looking to use them next month for another move. Awesome guys!! Best moving experience Ive ever had in my life. First off, they arrived early. They were very efficient with their work. Everything was wrapped and padded nicely, nothing was damaged or lost. All the costs were explained so no hidden fees either.

The absolute worse moving experience i ever had they damage my brand new flat screen TV by sitting something heavy on it and they also complain the entire time how heavy and big my items were just very unprofessional.

Horrible time management!!! Had to reschedule twice due to movers running behind schedule and the third time they still wasnt on time.. Finally I just canceled the serices!

They were late on the move out early on move in which was good. You got to watch them or they will scratch up your walls. They were very nice. They wrapped everything up.

The guys went the extra mile and worked all night just to get my things moved. They had some traffic delays, but office staff was great about keeping me updated.
