This was my first time using PODS and I was more than satisfied. The drivers bringing the POD as well as picking it up were both courteous and prompt. I watched in amazement at the precision of the placement of POD..no grass was destroyed, and no driveways cracked. It was so much easier to take my time loading the POD than being forced to hurry up and get everything loaded in one day, especially for an entire household. If I had a major move Id definitely consider using PODS again.

My son and I have been sleeping on floor for 5 days waiting on this company to figure out whats going on with my pod. I was told they couldnt find it for 2 days and then they found but cant get it ordered out to me. Im convinced nobody really know how to do their job. My life has been affected by all this my time has been lost and i was informed i will not get compensation even tho all this due to poor communication and lack of cistomer service

Terrible problem resolution. Rude call takers that interrupt you and lack of concern for customer problems. They stated multiple times you should have read the fine print. Our policies are more important than your problems. Never again. Cost me over a thousand dollars to fix the problem to an indifferent company.

I used Pods once before back in 2008. It was the perfect solution to moving my things in a manner that was conducive to my packing requirements. Everything went as planned and the pods were delivered as promised and everything was in tact as I packed it and nothing was broken or shifted
