Do not use this company for your move. We used them and had the following damages: chest of drawers had a corner completely shaved off from them dropping it on concrete, my 99 year old original wood flooring gouged, my sons chest of drawers had two deep grooves in the top of it that were about 14" long, and my reclining couch frame was bent because they carried the couch upside down and neglected to support it. We filed claims on all of it. It took 7 phone calls before someone came out to look at the damages, only to tell me someone would call me to come try to fix them. I didnt hear from that person for over a week so I contacted the office again and was told that they would have the person contact me. That took another week. I had to take time off work yet again to be at the house for this person to come out. He did a pretty decent job on my dresser and floor, but told us he couldnt fix the couch or my sons dresser. The office called me again and wanted to PICK UP BOTH OF THESE ITEMS from my house and take them to try to fix them. I refused because they damaged them getting them in my house, as well as had items in the dresser all over the place and I was not interested in them damaging them further. I was told they would pay us out for the items at $.60/lb. It took 4 more follow up phone calls to receive an email telling us they wouldnt pay for the damages to the couch. I have called multiple times and sent multiple emails with no response or payout on either of these items. I am also filing a complaint with their corporate office and the BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL, NOR DO THEY FOLLOW THROUGH.

The experience was outstanding from beginning to end. I asked for an estimate on what I was moving, and Kathi got it to me quickly. I had to change the date we were moving, and they were very understanding. The day of the move the guys called ahead, and were there on time ready to go. They moved quickly, and the home that we were moving into had 3 floors that they had to carry heavy items to. It was a warm morning, and they saved us an hour and a half off the original estimate because of their urgency. I would recommend the Cheviot store to anyone I know, and will use them again anytime we need their services. I asked for 2 movers, but they ended up sending 3 movers. There were items that I didnt think about when I got the estimate, and they said it was no problem to add additional items to the move on the fly. Dont think twice, use these guys.

I have used Two Men and a Truck several times in NC and OH. They are an excellent moving company and truly fit their motto "movers who care". The moving men Ive encountered have all been polite, professional, and pleasant. The movers have always been friendly and gone above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. When moving furniture, especially when you want it to stay in the same condition throughout the move, expense is expected. I have appreciated the fair and competitive pricing offered by Two Men and a Truck not to mention that I have never come across the experience with them of being told one price and then having to pay substantially more on move day as I have seen with a few other companies. I strongly recommend this moving company above others for their professionalism, care, and fair pricing.

I used them a year ago to move me. I debated writing a negative review then but decided against it. During the move they broke a table and sent it to their shop to be repaired. When I got it back it was slathered with wood glue and drips and obvious c clamp marks on the drawers. I was not happy. Today when moving I discovered they had ripped the back of my couch which was placed against a wall when they moved me (it was a brand new couch when they moved me). They never pointed out this damage and I am sure they knew they did it. There was scuff marks on everything and ultimately I really dont think they are much cheaper than other companies. If you have any furniture you value I would not recommend them.

Positive experience from start to finish. Everyone at the office was most helpful when scheduling the move, and also when answering follow-up questions that I had. The men who moved me could not have been nicer or harder working. They took a lot of care with all of my furniture and made sure everything was padded and wrapped very well before loading it on the truck. They disassembled (and then re-assembled) a very complicated queen sized platform bed with drawers without a complaint, nor a scratch! This is the second time I have used Two Men and a Truck from the Cheviot Rd. location and I highly recommend them for anyone who wants their belongings moved safely, yet at a reasonable price.

I just filed a complaint with the BBB concerning Two Men and a Truck. 2 Men and Truck lost 2 glass shelves to my china cabinet and have refused to replace them. My move had 2 phases - move stuff into storage and then 9 months later move stuff out of storage. All things were moved in and out just fine....except for the 2 missing glass shelves. They refuse to pay replacement costs saying they werent in their possession the whole time. I cant believe Two Men and Truck could not do the right thing and pay for the replacement. Replacement costs are about 10% of the cost of the moves combined.

Drake and his crew arrived on time, clean, enthusiastic and ready for the job at hand. Our property was handled gently, padded and secured carefully and everything was treated with respect. The team kept moving...no breaks and no idle chit-chat. They were total professionals. After our move was complete the move team carefully swept out the truck, re-organized the dollies and pads and made sure they had not dropped any litter at our home. The best surprise was that with the teams energy and efficiency my move came in under-bid. These people rate 6 stars on a 5 star scale.

will never use them again. The movers broke our landlords water shut off valve from the washing machine and never mentioned it to us or offered to fix it. When follow up calls were made over the following 2 months, I was given multiple excuses why the manager was never available (in a meeting, out sick, talking to a customer) each and every call. Left several messages for an explanation but did not receive one. very unprofessional and will not recommend them, period.

Drake and Sergio were our movers and they know what they are doing. They arrived when they said they would and expertly moved our things from a second floor apartment to our current patio home. We are very happy with the job they did and would recommend Two Men and a Truck as movers of choice for other people. Thank you both for doing an excellent job.
