They showed up on time and were friendly while doing the move, which is why they get a single star, otherwise theyd get none. I had them come out to do my move on 8/14/16. 2 boxes of collectible items were damaged, my washer and dryer was dented, a 55 inch TV was damaged, and my dresser was severely damaged. I called in and reported the damage, and they scheduled someone to come out and look at everything. Then I heard nothing from them for a week. I called them again and got the run around for another few days before I called the corporate office. They scheduled someone else to come out and look at the damage. Fast forward another week with no updates so I call them again. Now they inform me that since I didnt pay extra to insure my belongings they were only liable up to $300. Then they tell me a check is in the mail. 9/18/16 the check finally shows up. This was an incredibly poor experience. If you value your personal belongings do not use this company.

From the very first call to the office to when the truck pulled away, I had a great experience. Sheila and Theondra took an inventory of my things and gave me what turned out to be a very accurate estimate of the time it would take to move everything and the corresponding cost. They detailed the entire process and made sure all of my questions were answered. On moving day, the guys were punctual and polite while making sure to take care of our stuff. They loaded and unloaded quickly and made sure everything was where it needed to be. Very nice young men and overall great company!

Jason, Jimmy, and Ryan made a fantastic team. Moving can be an exhausting, emotional experience, but these hard working young men went beyond their call of duty to make it as easy as possible for us. They were very respectable of us, addressing us kindly. Gingerly, they moved our belongings into our new home facing many challenges and high heat. They worked very hard, rarely stopping. Sheila, who set up our move was very patient and informative and lessened our chaos.Two Men and a Truck should be very proud of the integrity of these employees.

Movers arrived early with extra help in the form of a trainee at no extra charge. They were professional and efficient in every manner. This is the second time that I have used Two Men and a Truck in the Dallas GA location. Though the actual employees were different each time the service was the same, impeccable! This company has a heart for domestic violence victims and generously assisted our battered womens shelter (Shepherds Rest Ministries) in removing a victims belongings from her home while she is residing in our shelter. The two young men they sent out to get the job done were so courteous and respectful and took great care moving the items. We would highly recommend Two Men & A Truck for any of your moving needs!

With price being by the hour - we were nervous that it would take a long time to wrap and move items - but the guys were excellent workers and we felt like they took the job seriously and were conscious of meeting the time quoted to us. We had the best crew! Dominic, Kyle, Keith, and Charles. They were awesome! This was the best moving experience weve ever had. The guys were hard workers and very personable. Our entire experience was great from start to finish. The office staff was also very helpful and kind. I dont plan on moving again but if I had to I would definitely use them again.

Each time, from the first telephone contact with the Dallas, GA office staff, then the estimator (interstate moves), all the way through the movers each was courteous and professional. The gentlemen who did my move were EXCELLENT! They made moving look easy! They were very careful with my things and made sure I knew every part of the moving process. They originally estimated my move to take 2.5-5.5 hrs, they only took 2.3 hrs! I am very impressed and will recommend this company to anyone who is moving!

The two gentlemen were terrific. Very careful to insure that no damage was done. Even stopped to let me know that they were about to start wrapping furniture and it was loud and annoying. I told him that being a mother of four it would take a lot more than that to annoy me. A very pleasant experience all the way around.

Your office staff and moving staff are very professional which is a big difference from todays standard. Too many companies today do not care about customer service or willing to give the customer their monies worth, but not Two men and a Truck. I will definitely recommend your services to others.

Initially, I believe I gave a stellar review. Now it is 2 1/2 years later and I am finally moving everything they put into a storage unit into a new place. I have a piece of furniture that never made it off the truck and a speaker base that is shattered, obviously because it was dropped.

These guys really work hard. As soon as they arrived they assessed the situation and got to work. I had a floor model gunsafe that weighed a literal ton and they were able to get it out of the house and into my new place. The guys they sent were very polite and professional.
