I moved yesterday and the movers could not have been better. I was so impressed with Ray, James, and Brad. All 3 guys did such a great job. I cant say enough good things about these guys. They were so professional and did a truly awesome job moving everything. They even moved everything up a VERY steep driveway with no problems. Im so impressed with this company. Other moving companies I contacted determined the estimated cost hourly and gave me a wide price range, and they still couldnt guarantee the move wouldnt go over the estimated max price. Leaders Moving provided a guaranteed price based on the inventory I completed ahead of time. That really helped me to determine what I needed to have moved before moving day. Thanks to this company, this was the easiest move of all time. Sean is also extremely helpful. He was always easy to get in touch with and quick to respond to emails (even on a Friday night at 8:30). I have already recommended this company to 1 friend and 2 family members for the next time they move. I will definitely being using this company again in the future, they helped make a stressful process be not stressful at all!

We were very impressed with our experience with Leaders. This is the third moving company we have used in the last 5 years, and this was far and away the smoothest experience. We had a quote up-front according to the furniture, number of boxes, and other items that needed to move. Once the crew arrived, they recognized that there were some items that would not have to move, and adjusted our quote down, so we actually had to pay LESS than we were expecting...what a rare surprise that was. Ray, Jason and Juan were fantastic. These guys were a perfect balance of professional and personable. They were extremely efficient (even jogging back from the truck) and careful with our belongings (nothing damaged). They were fun to talk to, and even shot hoops with couple kids in the cul-de-sac when they had a few down minutes. A different local moving company I used in the past was a terrible experience, but they had great online reviews because they would give a discount at the end if you give them a 5 star review. Leaders flat-out EARNED a 5 star review. I will be recommending them to everyone I know who is moving.

I called Leaders to schedule my move while I was in the process of buying my first home. I spoke with Grace multiple times as I had to keep changing the date due to the closing process for my home. She was kind and forgiving- although Im sure I was annoying! DeShawn Harris, Alex Hines and RaShawn Jackson showed up right on time to move all of my furniture. They were all VERY polite and friendly and I truly enjoyed working with them. They were very respectful of all of my belongings and used great care as they moved everything. Once we got to my new home, they made sure to ask me where everything was going. They even made certain the furniture was placed against the correct walls in the rooms so it would be easier for us when we were setting everything up! I am beyond impressed with my experience with Leaders and couldnt be more thankful for the quick and efficient workmanship of DeShawn, Alex and RaShawn. I strongly recommend using them!

We used Leaders for our move recently and they were fantastic! To begin with, John Thomas was professional, knowledgeable and reassuring when he came to our house to determine our inventory and moving needs. And then the day of the move, Danny and his team showed up on time and got right to work. They immediately got to know all of us by name and consistently checked in with us to make sure that we were satisfied with how everything was going. They handled all of our belongings with extreme care and made no mistakes. We enjoyed getting to know each of them and they helped make it a fun day, despite it being emotional for our family. We would highly recommend them to anyone and look forward to using them again in the future!

They were super late but they did let us know. We were scheduled for 2-4 but they didnt get to us until 10:30pm!!! Not a huge deal but I think better planning would help. Also, they sent two rookies, I think they should have sent one experienced mover and a rookie but definitely not two rookies together. By the end of the night, one of the guys was having serious trouble moving, he looked like he might cry or pass out. My fiance ended up helping with a ton of the moving just because we wanted to get it done right/quickly. Not a terrible experience but I think it could have gone way better. Would use them again as long as they sent the proper team.

I hired Leaders for a job on 5/23/16, somehow the date got mixed up. Jason on the sales team worked with me to get a Team out to the house to move me. They sent 2 of the most Top movers I seen, Jason & Dan. These guy were phenomenal, they moved everything with care even my old giant GE fridge (from 1992 or 93) really heavy from a tricky basement steps. They were polite, professional, and respectful, when they arrived at the other house to unload the truck they put everything in the right place. I just know Jason & Dan shined a Bright Light on your company, give those guys a (Kudos). Also we will spread the word on the best Movers around.

We recently moved from Columbus to Cincinnati and used Leaders for our move. We had an excellent experience. Honestly, we were a bit hesitant because the quote was slightly less than several other companies we received bids from, but we could not be more pleased. All of the guys who both loaded and unloaded were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. All of our stuff arrived in tip top shape after sitting in their storage warehouse for 3 months. I think I had one broken martini glass and that was because I didnt pack it well enough. We highly recommend Leaders.

Ray and James did an excellent job for us during our downsizing through EBTH. They worked very hard moving the big pieces from our 2 story house with full basement to our detached garage. They were polite and kept working until the entire job was completed, which took approximately 2 hours. Well be moving to Florida in a few months and hope to hire Leaders Moving to provide the move for us. Kudos to Ray and James for their wonderful work ethic and to the management at Leaders for hiring quality employees!

We had the most wonderful moving experience possible with Leaders! Service was incredible. The Team was very friendly and caring, honest and fast. Moving in the winter is one of the worst tasks, but Leaders put a bright spot on whole thing. Danny and Alex were total rock stars and one of the owners stopped by to check in and help too in the middle of the move! Of, yeah and they called on the morning drive to see if they could bring us anything. A truly refreshing experience. Highly recommend Leaders.

Leaders was great, quote was the most reasonable. They even lowered price because I had already moved a lot of boxes and lamps that were on original quote. Jim, Kamron and Shawn and a large moving truck moved 3 full bed rooms a living room, family room, office, large tool box plus stuff from the garage. They padded ever piece of furniture they were nice and they did not mess around they worked as a team. They took pride in their work and it showed.
