These guys are con-men! Dont use them! They gave me a quote - were so nice when setting up the move and the packers were really nice and appeared eager to work. NOT! We fed them lunch. We tipped generously. What we got in return were items thrown in our storage pods. Our TV was face down on the floor with no blanket to protect the screen. On top, piled to the ceiling were items like our dining room table and the St. Bernards cedar kennel. The boxes were randomly packed and also a mess. One example - Our free weights from the gym were thrown in with my sons new xbox and the rifle attachment that goes with it. Its plastic and expensive which I know these young men knew! I called them and nicely discussed with the acting manager what to do about it. After sending pictures to them she assured me the new manager would look at them and call me soon. 2 months later I call back since Ive heard nothing. He tells me it is not his responsibility and hangs up. I didnt even get to discuss it with him. Im suing!! Do not use this company!

The office staff were very friendly, however after asking how many boxes I had and convincing me to go with about 50 for the estimate, she apparently put 0, making the estimate seem much lower than it actually was. I also scheduled the service a month in advance, but never got any contact information afterwards and had to call them the day before to figure out what time they would be at the apartment. What should have been a 4 hour move took 10.5 because the movers incorrectly took apart my bed and then had to attempt to put it back together. They also had an inconvenienced attitude when they would ask "Is this going too?" And I would respond with yes. I felt bad with each item they asked about, which I shouldnt have since this is their job. I was moving from Lexington to Louisville, and I ended up waiting at the new apartment for 3 hours before they got there, even though we left at the same time. The next time I move, I will be renting a truck and moving myself because it would take less time and be treated with more care.

Wow, this must be a government subsidiary. First of all we got a quote for $1700, which already seems high for a 1 day move (which it should have been). However, after their movers spent the majority of the day on their phones and scratching their butts (literally), there were still several items which had yet to be loaded. Rather than addressing their employees lack of productivity, the management of this company elected to charge us for another days work, with no notice or prior approval given. Basically, because of their inability to do their jobs, we ended up with a bill over $3000. We could have hired Republican senators to move our stuff for that price. Basically these guys are seasoned scam artists, and should be brought up on felony fraud charges. The only thing these guys are qualified to move is their fat asses into the unemployment line.

Mark spent more time complaining about the job than he did working. He would complain, then say, "Im not complaining." He would also choose different pieces of furniture and question how they got in the house because he didnt know how or if they could get the pieces out. We also heard him throw a fit and start cursing about how there should have been 3 or 4 movers, not just the 2 who were scheduled. At one point, my husband and I started moving furniture to hurry them along. I wish I would have read these reviews before hiring these guys. They truly did everything possible to drag the job out. He even stated they were getting time and a half. Save yourself time and money and find another company.

Borderline horrendous, but they got the job done. 1st they showed up late but still charged for their tardiness. Second, I was unsure if I hired a private company or government civil service as one guy sat there and watched the other the guys work while on the clock. 3rd, they did not have any tools to take apart my bed, I had no idea that Im the only American that doesnt sleep on the floor! 4th, if I didnt help them, and heckle them to move faster they honestly would have taken 6 hours at 118/hr to move a 1 bedroom apt! Finally, after voicing my disapproval with their performance, they did subtract time and apologize for suboptimal effort. I thought that was pretty admirable.

Chris, Chris and Justin made an experience I was dreading, fantastic and fun! They were very professional, dressed impeccably and easy on the eyes, lol. They were eager and willing to do anything I threw at them. Each task I needed them for, they analyzed the best course of action and then completed it with care... they treated my precious objects as if they were their own. Lastly, they explained completely how the billing process worked, and let me have input on how I would like to use their services. They are the best, wish I could give more than 5 stars and will certainly be calling on them again in the future with confidence.

Slow, inefficient, paperwork was supposedly incorrect from the initial scheduling, a bill several hundred dollars more than the quote; the list goes on. The workers were very nice. Thats the plus. More than once they were slacking and being inefficiently slow moving items. They seemed focused on simple or minor tasks, from things they screwed up, and milking the time than they did actually completing the job. We started piling things around the truck once we found them just standing up there for the countless time. When the friends who are helping are working harder than those hired, its a problem. Call someone else.

Matthew and Sean arrived on time and packed everything with care. On loading day, again, on time and ready to work. It was obvious they knew what they were doing. Loading went smooth and fast. Communication flowed between us on the job and on the road. I knew my goods were in safe, professional hands. They arrived at my new location on time and they had everything off and in my new home in no time, with no issues. By the time we were all finished, I felt as if I knew and worked with these gentlemen for a long time. I had outstanding service delivered by two outstanding professionals. Awesome team.

I could not have had a better experience. I needed an antique player piano weighing over 900 pounds moved from a basement to my home. When I called and explained to Mary my need she explained the charges and knew which crew to send. When the crew arrived Dominic, Jonathan and Edward were friendly, courteous, and professional. This was not an easy move but they were on it with no complaints or hesitation. I would highly recommend Two (or three) Men And A Truck and they will be the company I call in the future.

Beware. They damaged 2 dresser drawers of mine and they took them for over 3 weeks and when I received them back they were a different color. They basically said there was nothing else they could do but offer me 0.60 per pound so $18 total for them. So since they rushed and were careless I had to purchase that same dresser for $500. Awful customer service as well as this whole process took over 3 months. I would never use them or recommend them.
