We were told our household goods would arrive on a certain day and they did not. We were stuck on air mattress and nothing else with three kids for days. We also contracted through them with "Dependable" Auto Shippers (quotes intended). Our car was shifted around from MI, to IL, to IN for nearly two weeks before it finally headed towards its destination in WA where it was delayed for another four days because of weather. I cannot recommend either of these companies.

Driver and manager refuse to take responsibility in damage to a friends house caused by their drivers actions, specifically stating that its not their fault. Like a whole house jumped in front of their moving vehicle. Ridiculous! My friend and his family are currently without power and utility lines now. Make it right Powell Moving & Storage!

They were easy to schedule and worked quickly and carefully. I tried to stay out of their way mostly and let them handle it. They did a good job and everything got right to where it was supposed to be. I would use them again but hope I wont be moving again any time soon.
