Overcharged, and damaged furniture and property. I and a friend helped these two men move boxes and furniture, and they still came in over budget. The guys that moved me were beyond lazy; took two of them 15 minutes to move a console table. There was no rushing around as other reviews have mentioned. They would be talking about their lives, how one cant get into anymore fights or it would be a felony, talking about races they were going to participate in.....Really, they wasted about 50% of them time socializing with each other when that time should have been better spent DOING THEIR JOBS. They damaged an 800 dollar dresser, dented a door, got greasy handprints on my new homes walls. Upon escalation to the Operations Manager, I was told that I am wrong, they could have taken longer, and that I would not be reimbursed for their laziness. Beware people. This company is a scam, with criminals for employees. They will take you for every cent you set aside for moving, and leave you with three times that in damages. Check the Better Business Bureau for complaints before you even consider these idiots.

I do need to make a correction. The quote I received was actually higher than what the final price was. But they still threw in the extra 200 bucks for the TVs that they did not tell us until the DAY Of the move that TVs are extra. How about telling us TVs are extra? I could have had 2 friends bring those for free ya know? 100 bucks for each TV. I understand the 96 hour time frame for reporting damages, but when the damages are hidden or covered up, that 96 hours should not matter. The cabinet was fine when it left our home, now we have to fix it. Again, its not the so much the damage, we understand accidents happen, but dont try to hide it. Again, if youre insured, then show youre a professional company. We wont be using them again. Will try to go local next time.

This company is a joke! Their quote was way off even though I decided to move the boxes myself (half of the load). They sent three guys to move heavy furniture. Check your walls and doors from damage, the put a hole in our six panel door and kept insisting it wasnt them. Long story short they fixed ir themselves....it looks horrible. After four weeks of arguing we finally gave up! Horrible customer service..and Matt will lie his way out if anything! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT USE!! broke my 550 dresser, said they "repaired" it and it was just glued/puttied together.(Pictures shown below) When I received it back it almost immediately broke again while the movers sat it down. ONLY COMPENSATION THEY WILL GIVE US IS UNDER A 100$$ If you are thinking about using this company choose a local company that will insure you have a great customer experience because you will not get it here!!

This company is a joke. They say one thing but do another. Over a week out got a date and quote and everything set up. Then several days later come asking for a deposit to "confirm". Call to give it to them later and they say oops we gave your day away after it had been on their books for several days. Another co worker had them break over 1200 dollars worth of stuff and they would only cut him a check for 600. Stay away.

Had two pieces of furniture damaged in the move. Moved on a Friday, noticed damage on Monday and Tuesday as we unpacked. With the previous weekend and Thanksgiving in between, did not call to report the problem until the following Friday which was beyond their 96 hour claim window. Woman in office basically said Too Bad! Not our policy to do the right thing. DO NOT DO BUSINESSES WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

The three movers that helped us out (Polo, Mike & Richard) were an absolute delight. Very high-energy, very efficient, very careful and very fast. We dont ever plan on moving again, but we know who well be calling if we do. And we will gladly recommend 2M&aT to everyone we know.

They moved me from Indianapolis to Fort Wayne, and it was a flawless experience. They were on time, professional, and even managed to disassemble and reassemble a very complicated and large desk/bookshelf combo. They did a great job... far better than I ever expected.

Tony, Victor and Marco were great!! The job was much bigger than expected and Victor had to be called in to help get it completed. They stuck with the 5--7 hr job that actually took about 11 hrs and didnt complain.

Absolutely had a great experience! The girl I worked with on scheduling and helping answer questions i had over my move I believe her name is Sam she was very polite and kind and the movers were excellent too.
