FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND STORAGE PROS KALAMAZOO OR STORAGE PROS PORTAGE TO ANYONE. I WENT TO VIEW A UNIT ON A SATURDAY AND AFTER SPEAKING WITH LIVONIA ABOUT MY MOVE IN FOR A WEDNESDAY SHE SAID THAT I COULD JUST PREPAY NOW SO THAT I DIDNT HAVE TO DRIVE BACK AND FORTH SEVERAL TIMES ON THE DAY OF MOVE IN. STORAGE PROS KALAMAZOO AND STORAGE PROS PORTAGE SHARE THEIR FREE RENTAL TRUCK. I NEEDED THE TRUCK IN THE MORNING ON WEDNESDAY SO SHE CALLED TO CONFIRM THAT I COULD GET THE TRUCK WEDNESDAY MORNING. I TOLD BOTH KRIS AT STORAGE PROS KALAMAZOO AND LIVONIA AT STORAGE PROS PORTAGE THAT THIS MOVE WAS STRICTLY BASED ON ME GETTING THE TRUCK IN THE MORNING BECAUSE THAT WAS THE ONLY DAY WE HAD AVAILABLE. MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT THE TRUCK BROKE DOWN, I WASNT ABLE TO MOVE IN AND THEY SAID THEYRE KEEPING MY MONEY BECAUSE THEY DONT REFUNDS AND I SHOULD GET THINGS HERE IN MY CAR. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND FOR A UNIT THAT I WAS NEVER ABLE TO USE AND SAID TAKE IT AS A LOST. SOME BUSINESS!! BEWARE PEOPLE

I had a great experience at CubeSmart. I worked with Lavina on our rental and she has a great customer focus. She knew my name the second time I came in to the store and helped me find the storage option that worked best for me. She was friendly, responsive and very informative. I wish every service industry had a costumer focus like hers! I would highly recommend people using these storage units!

Katelyn at CubeSmart was phenomenal. I booked our unit online and within 10 minutes, I received a phone call from her checking with me to answer any questions I might have had. When we arrived on our scheduled day, Katelyn was right there and even showed us the until to make sure it was what we needed before we even signed anything. Great facility, great customer service. Highly recommended :)

Rented a storage space in less then 20 minutes. Really friendly. Low sign up cost, I got the first month free. Unique gate codes for every renter, which I think makes it more secure. Grounds and storage location very clean. They do have a mandatory $12 per month insurance, but aside form that, its the best deal in town.

I cant express enough how easy rent a unit here from Lavinia. She was so helpful, friendly and very detailed oriented. I appreciate her willingness to make sure i got exactly what I needed and returned my calls promptly. Lavinia is an amazing person who will do her best to take care of you and your storage "goods"!

The unit was really clean. I liked the lady Livana. She was really nice and she helped me with getting a good size. She seemed nice and willing to work with me. I usually rent a unit every winter to fly back home and I would come back again

Been doing business here for a year or so now, and have never had an issue. The grounds are always clean, and the general manager is very helpful. The company recently transitioned from storage pros and the process was simple.

Decent place. Generally very clean. Disappointed that I was promised access to their trash bins when I first rented space for my business, but now they are locked and unavailable for use.
