My wife and I are very unhappy with the mismanagement in customer service with PODS. We had two 16 foot PODS delivered to our residence yesterday. The drop off went seamlessly, delivered on time, friendly service. However, when we called the national service center today to inquire why the PODS had not been picked up, we were informed that we never scheduled a pick up date, even though we had scheduled pick up when we initially ordered. We were told the soonest the Suwanee location could pick up would be 6 days away. So our PODS now have to sit in the middle of our cul-de-sac for nearly a week. In addition, we were informed that only one of our two PODS had been insured. Why would we only insure one of them? We were also told we could not add insurance to the second POD. Needless to say we are very disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer service from PODS.

PODS gets an A++ in our book!!! I co-chair Trinity Early Learning Centers annual Miles for Smiles 5K fundraiser. PODS graciously donated one of their storage containers which provided TELC with easy access of race day items i.e. tables, race participant goodie bags, water and food. We faced thunderstorms on race day, but the PODS container kept everything dry & sealed up tight. I honestly dont know what wed do without PODS! It made everything so easy & organized, and was SUCH a huge help for the success of the event. We cant thank PODS enough for their professionalism, generosity & support!

Splash Festivals runs whimsical and colorful art festivals, and PODS has been one of those incredible friends that enables our art celebrations to run smoothly. Since these festivals are held outside, the wonderful PODS storage units are used to house the many essential supplies needed to run a successful show. Items such as bottled water for the helpers, directional signs, artists’ check-in materials, children’s arts and crafts “goodies,” coolers and countless other important pieces of equipment are secured in these safe containers. PODS certainly rocks!

PODS graciously donated a pod to assist us in storing our goods for the Atlanta Greek Festival held at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church on 2500 Clairmont Rd. NE. By donating this POD to our Festival, they are providing us with a way to efficiently store and access our paper goods during our 3.5 day festival! I loved it ....I had my things in storage for a year....it was delivered yesterday....unpacked today...and they are picking up container tomorrow......I lost my wallet six months ago ....and got a new credit/debit card. And I Forgot to tell them with all the confusion.....and they were courteous ....awesome and nice......they werent mad at me.....I will definitely recommend them and use them again they are awesome.

Each year PODS works with us to offer up PODS storage units to provide safe lockable storage units which helps keeps us organized! I have used Pods in Atlanta several times with terrific results. I have used them both for long-term storage and for residential moves and had an excellent experience each time. Drivers and managers really care and are very helpful, and obviously show concern for my belongings. The service is hugely convenient and priced right. I will use them again for sure. Loved it!

I have worked with PODs several times and have only wonderful things to say about them. They are professional and have great customer service. Scheduling delivery and pickup was always easy and the PODs were always where I needed them to be, when I needed them to be there, and in great condition. I cant recommend them highly enough!

We are going to Pack a PODS Container with Toys for Tots at Roosters Cafe. We used PODS last year. They were great! Delivery and pickup were prompt. The container was in great shape - nice and clean (Cant have all the plush animals getting dirty). Kept everything safe, secure and dry. Looking forward to this year.

I cant say enough good things about PODS. They are really easy to work with to schedule delivery and pickup of their units. The PODS themselves are always clean and in great condition. I have used PODS annually for many years now and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I recommend PODS 100%.

I teceived a quote over the phone, my mistake for not reading it when I confirmed. We were quoted 189.00 per month. We are charged 223.00 per month. Apparently the added insurance, more per month and a tax on a service. Wont use them again.
