During our downsize to a new, smaller home, we needed to put a lot of our things in storage. After checking out all the other storage facilities in town we decided on Extra Space because, honestly, they have a great location, looks safe, very well ran, neat and clean. We found all these things to be true on our first visit. We were greeted warmly by Terry who made the whole process easy and actually enjoyable! We feel like a valued friend every time we see Terry, who always remembers our names. The units are neat and very clean, the facilities feel really safe. We are completely satisfied and would wholeheartedly recommend Extra Space Storage!

Moving is never easy, as retired USAF I have made several moves! I am used to the government taking care of my storage needs, this time I had to do it. I reserved a unit online and was greeted by a phone call as soon as the office opened to confirm my needs. I arrived at the office and was ran through the paces like a fine oiled machine. Traci was on duty and the local owner couldnt have put a better person in the office then her. She knew everything like a Concierge at a fine Ney York hotel! As we toured the lot she knew what was behind every locked door like xray vision. It was a great almost fun experience. 5 Stars / A+++++

I have been using extra space storage for awhile now and i am very impressed with the units, manager and the company overall. Staff very helpful providing assistance to aide in my storage needs. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage to people. The facility is very safe and secure. Well done to the manager and the company of Extra Space Storage on Williamsburg Pke here in Richmond Indiana.

This place is the nicest and cleanest storage facility I have ever used. The staff there are very friendly. One staff member named "Terry" , went out of his way to help me make sure I could store my stuff the exact way I wanted to. I am very pleased with Extra Space. I store all my music equipment there. Easy to get in and out. The place is always clean and well kept. Terry and Tracie do an excellent job. Always friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. I do wish it was 24 hour access.

Super easy, a great place to store! Brad walked me through all the steps to reserve a space and made sure I understood all the terms and conditions. Moreover, its safe with a personalized gate pin and secure storage inside. Would recommend to anyone!
