I wish I could give these people a negative star rating! They were supposed to deliver my mattresses from Sams Club between 12-4pm. They called me to say they were already in route at 11:08 and would be there around 11:45 and for me to return the call to confirm. I did not receive this call until 11:50 and when I returned the call to explain that I wasnt going to be able to be there before 12, the driver stated that the delivery had already been made. They entered my home and delivered mattresses with no one BUT MINORS IN MY HOME!!!! When I called the company to complain, they said the driver stated there was an adult on premises. I asked who signed for the delivery and confirmed that it was a MINOR. A MINOR!! Now Im left waiting to have someone call me back to come pick up the mattresses they were supposed to take when they delivered.

One star is being generous! Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Ive been waiting for this order for a month. They only deliver to this area at certain times. The driver called at 9:54 and said he would be to my house in 45 minutes, I said I would meet him there. I pulled in at 10:29 as they were pulling away. I immediately try to call him and he wouldnt answer. I tried twice, no answer. I then called the number on my order. She said the driver was already 20 minutes away. I know he wasnt because I just watched him pull away. She said he could not come back. I asked to speak to a manager who was absolutely the rudest person Ive ever talked to, blamed this on me. Insinuated I was the one lying and said they would not come back today! Terrible customer service!

These people do not get 1 star they get ---5, I ordered a dining table in July, shipped out on 7/19/17, here it is 8/11/17 and the table is sitting in storage in Fairfield Ohio where it has been for over a week, only had to deliver it to Hilliard Ohio. We have a dinner party scheduled for 8/12/17, and no table. Cant even pick it up because they close at 5pm and are closed all weekend. This is unacceptable business practice I sincerely hope everyone reads this review before they order anything that this company has to deliver.

Star Home Delivery supposed deliver mattress from Costco. Was problem with driveway so were supposed call me to reschedule next business day early. By 10:30 no one called. I called them and the rudest person Ive ever dealt with in phone, Ian, abusively started in on me about Costco. Im 67 and have NEVER dealt with such an aggressively rude person regarding any kind of customer service! Would NEVER deal with this company for anything!

We just wanted to say how pleased we were with the outstanding job your crew did on our moving day! They were such hard working, respectful and STRONG group of men I have ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure they had everything the way we wanted it before they left . We have never moved an entire house before but when the time comes again for us or anyone else .... you will be my #1 recommendation!

I have had good and bad experiences with this company. I waited for a delivery last night that was supposed to come between 4-6 and they just never showed up. There is one gentleman in the office who should never talk to customers because he is so rude and they have damaged some of my furniture. I have at times had everything go very smoothly and been pleased. I think they just have a few bad employees.

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE!!! Came in contact with this company through tv shopping. They called to arrange a time to deliver my mattress. The lady that called to set it up (Kris) was the rudest person I have ever delt with. Has no phone matters whatsoever. Should not be talking to customers at all. However the gentelmen who delivered my matress were very nice and considerate.

I had a client I needed to ship a high end TV for, from Cincinnati to Tampa and even though it was a small job Star really stepped up and exceeded my expectations! They repackaged it perfectly and got it there exactly when they said they would, and were very professional on both ends! I will use them again for sure!

Great service from start to finish. This company did a white glove delivery and set up for a furniture order from Costco. The delivery was done on time as promised. Delivery guys were very polite and efficient.
