TERRIBLE. AWFUL. PATHETIC. We have moved 4 different times, and this was by far the WORST experience we have ever had. First, the guys packing arrived much later than we were told and were there until around 9 pm that night (almost 9 hours of packing a two bedroom apartment - and a lot of it was already packed for them). While there, they came with a U-haul that was too small, so several of our items were strapped on the back (and not with professional-grade ratchet straps, but saran wrap). They left garbage all over our apartment and in the stairwell, which we had to clean up after they left (we didnt even bother asking to clean it up because we just wanted them gone). They took a large chunk of drywall out of one of our walls while moving stuff out. My husband had to remind them that there were pots and pans left in the cabinets because they didnt check. They finally left, but there was still a bunch of smaller items we were forced to deal with because they didnt want to take them. The day finally came when we were supposed to move in to our new apartment (mind you they had a month to move our stuff across the country) and the guy called the afternoon our stuff was supposed to be delivered and said he wouldnt be there until the next morning. He also planned to hire help to move everything from the truck into the apartment the day it was being delivered. Waiting until the last minute failed him, because his hired help did not show and my husband had to help him move the large items. He also made inappropriate comments to my husband. Not to mention, SEVERAL items were delivered damaged or destroyed because of their poor packing and handling abilities. We also received several items that did not belong to us. Moving is not hard, but these guys make it painful. The owner was willing to work with us in Georgia and was very understanding that we were so mad about all the issues we had that day. However, when my husband called after the move-in, the owner did not handle the situation professionally and left us with absolutely no solution to the problem, their problem, which they had created. If you want the worst moving experience of your life and your things to be damaged or destroyed when they show up, hire this company!

My husband and I had just moved into a rental 5 months prior to today while building a new home. We used a mover that was mid-priced and got good reviews. We had 3 full size trucks that requires many men to accomplish the job. It was such poor service halfway into the move that the company pulled the team of guys and brought in others. They were extremely slow and careless, resulting in multiple damaged items and a significant higher amount of hours than necessary. It was such a bad experience that after our new home was built, we moved most of our belongings on our own just to save them from damage. We got all we could and then we called The Moovers to take care of our remaining items. They sent two young men that we will forever be grateful. They were such hard workers and took care with not only our items, but the new construction (walls and corners) as they moved things through the house. Freddy and Conner, we are glad to refer you and The Moovers to anyone who wants to receive the service and care that is expected when you pay someone to move your belongings. Thank you The Moovers for employing quality, respectful young men. It is a testament to who you are as a company. On a side note, they accidentally left a drill behind and we returned it a few days later. We explained the the up front person that our experience was above and beyond with Freddy and Conner and they asked if wed like to see them because they were in the back of the building. While speaking with them again and enjoying seeing them, it was evident the reason for our service as witnessed by the relationship between the owner/manager (?) and the crew. Great service! I had searched for a moving company online and had no less than 25 companies contact me immediately via phone and email. Nicole Bush, one of the The Moovers owners, actually came out to my home to give an estimate. All the other companies wanted to provide estimates over the phone or via email...that is very confusing. She gave me a guaranteed "not to exceed price". I am single and this move was emotional and stressful. She gave me such a comfort level, so I went with her company. I was supposed to move on January 30th but was ready before that date. I called The Moovers and told them they could move me before January 30th. They asked if I wanted to move the next day and I agreed. They showed up on time and wrapped every single item, big and small, in a moving blanket and taped the blanket securely. The doorway was protected with a moving blanket that gripped the doorway so as not to scratch doorway or furniture. As they were moving furniture out and in the houses not a scratch was put on a wall or floor of either home... AMAZING! The three men, Frank, Donnie and D.J.,were professional and kind. They set up my bed and even helped me put the bed skirt on before placing the mattress on the bed. Donnie was kind enough to set my TV remote to the right channel for my cable. They would position and reposition furniture to my liking. It was the easiest move I have ever made. If you are moving, do yourself a favor and call The Moovers.....I am glad I did.

The Moovers is the real deal. Hire them, plain and simple. I spent hours researching and looking for a company that I could trust. All moving companies can move you; however, you need to find one that you can trust, who will genuinely care about you and your possessions, and get you where you need to be. Let’s be honest, moving isn’t easy and you may encounter problems (we did not have any problems), and when issues come up, you need a reputable company. I read online about nightmares that people experienced. The only one that didn’t have those nightmare reviews was The Moovers. I got to know Nicole (owner) and her crew well. She is reliable, flexible, dependable, timely and always kept me updated. She’ll fight for your business. She and her crew were courteous, professional, and will serve you well. Period. We moved in January 2016. I didn’t even know it was possible to move without something getting broken. Nearly a 900 mile move later, not one item was broken or damaged. Again, they were dependable, reliable, and timely – from beginning to end. Even through snowy weather, they made it to the destination AHEAD of schedule. Take your chances with someone else or do it right the first time with The Moovers. Thanks again for the excellent service, Nicole.

We arranged for The Moovers to carry out a local move within Cartersville from one house to another in mid-December on fairly short notice. This was one of the most efficient and pleasant moves weve ever experienced. Nicole had come out and provided an estimate (with a guarantee that the costs would not exceed her estimate) a few days earlier. The four-man moving team was on time, extremely polite and courteous, and they worked very hard and very carefully to get the household furniture and goods loaded up, taking extra precautions to carefully wrap and cushion everything. They barely took a break. They did an excellent job on both ends, both loading and unloading, which included having to disassemble and reassemble some furniture. I wanted to let you know that your movers were absolutely wonderful. These four young men were efficient, professional, and very personable. This move went more smoothly than we could have ever imagined. The costs came in way under what had been estimated. I wrote to Nicole Bush to thank her personally and tell her what a great operation she and her husband run and what terrific employees they have. I recommend this moving service to anyone I know.
