Travis and Trevor went above and beyond! We came from Austin, Texas; therefore, the time was unsure of arrival. I checked in with the office today and let them know it may be late when we arrive and by the time the movers would finish may be too late. Kaylee said no worry "you have been on the road for three days. We will take care of everything I have checked with the movers and the supervisor, we will get you taken care of and we want you to sleep in your own bed tonight"! That meant so much and then upon arrival Trevorbqnd Travis were awaiting our arrival at the moving location. I was surprised to see them, since I told them I was going to phone. Trevor said no problem we are not charging right now we just wanted to make sure we were here to make it easy. They waited until we signed paperwork and then we began. The two of them worked like four people and never complained, I did have a LOT of stuff! They worked unloading and each time they came through they asked how things are and also, they put down plastic to keep my carpet clean. Well, I could go on and on, but the most important thing is; From beginning to end I have had such a great experience...and, they do not nickel and dime you for each step! Excellent work and I will never use any other moving company and I will definitely recommend to any and all who may need Moving services. Two Men and a Truck...You Rule!!

Marwan, David, and Danyae were amazing. Between the three of them they got my third floor walk up into my new townhome in half the quoted time. Danyae was a wrapping genius, David was truly an athletic monster (in the best possible way), and Marwan was a Tetris guru with the truck. They all worked hard, took minimal breaks, and were even running back up the stairs after bringing down a load. I will definitely be asking for them again if I move and will be recommending them to friends and colleagues. Throughout the process they were all courteous and kind and treated my property carefully and respectfully. Marwan took his time explaining all of the paperwork at each step of the process. At the beginning of the move they wasted no time while I was going through the paperwork. The wrapping and moving started right away. They never complained even though it was very humid and kind of warm on the moving day and were patient with us when we were directing furniture to the appropriate rooms. I cant stress enough how great these guys were. They might have a slightly higher rate than some other companies around here but they were truly worth every penny. Be patient with the office staff - theyre a little slow on sending out estimates and dont have all the answers you might need but it doesnt take away from how prepared the moving crew was and the excellent level of service we received.

Absolutely awful experiences with Two Men and a Truck on two different moves. I should have learned my lesson after the first move...They made me sit and wait with a loaded truck for 3 hours on 4th of July weekend because they didnt have enough drivers. Not acceptable to waste my time! I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I really liked the boys that actually moved my things and it wasnt their fault that management has no common sense when scheduling moves. On the second move, they estimated my hours as 3.75 - 5.75 hours and then cut me off at 4.75 hours without completing the move. The best remedy they could offer was to waive the drive time fees the next day to move the things...1) I work and had already taken the day off when the move SHOULD have been completed. 2) It was the last day of the month, so I had to be out of my apartment that night. They left me high and dry. UNACCEPTABLE. Clancy, the manager, is such a joke. Very confrontational when I asked for a cheaper rate if they could come back and give me back the hour I lost. Im sorry, it isnt my fault that you overbook jobs....If you estimate that it should take a certain time, why would you screw your customers over by cutting it short? PLEASE take my advice...DO NOT USE the ridge location of Two Men and a Truck! They do not value their customers at all.

These movers were great! They arrived at the exact time they stated. They clearly went over all paperwork at the beginning and end of the move, explained all costs and liability, etc. They came in and padded stairways and walls, shrink rapped applicable items and were very careful with everything! Even paper files and non-breakable items they treated with care. They worked diligently and professionally the whole day, (unlike most movers trying to milk an hourly rate). They were very polite and stacked things in a way that I could believe it all fit on one truck but not a single scratch! I figured itd take 3 men about 12 hours and it took only 2 men 8 hours! They even had to lift a commercial treadmill up stairs and had no problem. Throughout the day they asked questions on anything they werent sure of. Ive had some VERY bad past moving experiences with other companies and I was blown away by this crew! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone moving 1 mile or 1,000 miles!

Greg and Tyler showed up at my apartment right on-time with enthusiasm and walked through my apartment with me to understand the extent of the job. They loaded the truck quickly and efficiently drove to my new apartments location and unloaded the truck carrying the heavy loads up two flights of stairs to my 3rd floor apartment. These guys stayed calm, were very friendly, asked where Id like them to put things, and were extremely patient with me knowing I wouldnt be able to move anything heavy around the apartment after they left because I had limited movement of my right arm due to a dislocated shoulder suffered a few days earlier! I was very impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the heavy lifters as well as the office personnel, Lynn & Brittnay. I would certainly use the company again in my next move!

I promised myself, after my last move, that if I should ever move again, I would either a) hire movers, or b) leave everything behind! I went with the first option, and Im very glad I did! When I called to schedule my move, Kayleen was polite, professional, and very accommodating. She managed to find me an appointment on a very busy Saturday; she was a godsend! The day of the move, the movers arrived precisely when they said they would, and promptly introduced themselves: Seth, Cole, and Richard(a trainee). The boys were perfection! They were knowledgeable, courteous, and handled my belongings, including my antiques, with great care! I couldnt have been more pleased! I owe an enormous debt of gratitude to the whole team! I cannot praise them enough!

We actually scheduled 3 moves in 4 weeks with two men and a truck. I had used them at least 3 times in the past and the 4th time I used someone else and it was a catastrophe. So I came back to two men and had another superb experience. Their office staff was great in doing the scheduling and confirming the day before. Each crew arrived promptly and worked diligently to make each move efficient. Nothing was broken. All the guys were polite and hard working and went above and beyond such as rolling out a carpet measuring re-rolling when I decided not to use it! Our crew leader (Greg) kept everyone on track especially during the severe thunderstorm during our one move. We will only use two men and a truck from now on!!!
