I used this company this past Friday. Yes, the movers were mannerable but, I wasnt pleased with my service. I received a call two days prior to the to change my time due to them having so many jobs they were concerned about time issues. So to try and help I had some one to disassemble my beds before the movers got there, and I had several boxes ready to load in the hall way. I gave told them what needed to be moved and things were still left behind. To top it off I took off work at 9:30 am because they were going to be there at 12pm and didnt arrive until after 2. When I got to my new place they charged me for additional time . They only assembled one bedroom set, left boxes in the living room rather than taking them to the correct rooms. They left a large piece of my daughters bedroom set in the bathroom now I have to find someone with a truck to move . When I asked if they were gonna move all the boxes in the hallway I was told it will go against my time . By this time I was frustrated so I told them to just leave it. For what I paid I could have got my own U-Haul truck and paid some boys in my neighborhood. I was told they do this all day everyday so things would be done right that was what I went by but that"s not what I received. Yes, manners are great but business is business. I called the owner and he assured me someone would come out and assemble the other bedroom set. I have been calling and leaving messages, NO RESPONSE! I have to pay someone to come an assemble my daughters bed. THE WORSE COMPANY EVER, DONT USE THEM!!!!!

Well where to start....its currently 7:21PM, they were scheduled to arrive between 12-3, Im still waiting. I know it isnt the movers fault, rather the incompetent staff in the office, who clearly dont know how to schedule, he Jay he calls himself, said he was sorry they are tardy...um excuse me, tardy? Tardy is 20 minutes late, not damn near 8 freaking hours. Meanwhile my furniture is in the front yard with tarps over them, because I had to vacate to make room for the new person moving in, her movers were on time, Ill get their number to recommend them to you, because this just doesnt cut it, my furniture is a the mercy of hurricane rains coming and 8 hours, 8 hours 8 hours late!!!! How are they still in business? Jay said he would give me 20% discount, which is nothing for the already over priced service. If they knew that they couldnt be here until the evening, thats fine, I would have planned for that, but this is truly one of the worst experiences of my life. Im not sure how theyre still in business. Do not call these guys if youre used to getting the service you paid for. Oh and if youre used to businesses running their business like they actually care to have you call them again or refer them to others for future business. Im on board with the guy filing a complaint with the better business bureau, seriously.

Where do I begin?! Do not use this company! Please find another company! Why? My story.. They told my fiancé and I that they would be out to us between the hrs of 3-5. After calling them after 5, we were told 6:30-7.. Well after speaking to their reps, we were told that they OVERBOOKED because they were trying to meet their end of month quota. Anyway, they promised that they would arrive at 8 which later turned out to be 9:20. Please keep in mind that we needed our things moved to our storage unit which close at 10pm. Well they arrived after 9:20 completed the move around 9:50 and we didnt make it in time to the storage unit. Now, because they could not leave our stuff in there truck, they moved everything to our house! Ladies and Gentlemen, they promised that they would move our things to the storage unit because thats what we paid for, well guess what?! Our things are still in the house! Yet another promise they did not keep! I am beyond upset! I plan to get a lawyer involved because they did not keep their end of the bargain. They are horrible! We paid $209.00 just to be unsatisfied, why?! I had to keep it a little short, but DO NOT HIRE THEM. I am preparing for a wedding and this is the LAST THING I NEEDED TO WORRY ABOUT!

DO NOT USE. If a company like this asks you for a security deposit, this should be a red flag. It means they have boatloads of pissed off customers that dont want to pay them. Also notice their C+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (As of January 2016.) My moving time was scheduled for Noon. After multiple calls saying "we will be there in an hour," they tell me they are on the way at 5:40 PM. Because I did not want to be moving until midnight, I opted to reschedule for a later date, and was promised a discount. GET THE DISCOUNT IN WRITING, because they will not pay it. Eventually we move. When re-assembling the bed, they did a careless job. They did not tighten the screws, and the bed later collapsed when I sat down on it. They dragged the furniture roughly across our hardwood floors, causing some mild damage to the hardwood. After many calls, they refuse to refund us anything. To my knowledge, speedymen is not an actual moving company, and simply subcontracts work they receive. As a result everyone I call gives me the runaround and tells me to call someone else. Bottom line is you get what you pay for, and speedymen is cheap

Literally the worst experience of my life. Movers showed up 4 HOURS late, had tattoos on their faces, could barely speak, and were on the phone and facetime during the actual move. Yes, that is correct they were on facetime while they had my valuables in their hands. I called so so so many times the morning of my move when they were supposed to arrive at 7am - no one answers the corporate line, when they did the only information they could give me was that they were trying to figure it out. After the move, due to the tardiness of the movers, I was promised a refund. Guess what - they dont answer their phone and definitely do not call anyone back. Ive called them every single day since the move which was almost a month ago. No luck. Do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER use speedymen.

Scheduled for 9-12pm slot. They called 11:20 ish to say there having truck problems. At the mechanic and will get back with new time. I called 1:27pm to see whats the ETA. There just got a rental and loading it will be there in 45 minutes. Coming from Kennessaw. Hour and fifteen minutes later called to see whats the new ETA. THEN CALLED OFFICE LEFT MESSAGE NO RETURN CALL. KEEP CALLING FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF SOMEONE. He calls manager then hangs up on me. Never calls back. Been waiting for 2 hours since the last call. Waste of a day. Very unprofessional business. Cant trust these kind of people with your goods. Writing this while waiting. About to cancel and get my deposit back. Dont ever use this company even as a last minute resort.
