I can start off with, the young guys were nice and polite... And Thats were the good stop. This was definitely a NIGHTMARE !!! They took breaks, talked a lot, and it took two GROWN men to move a twin size box-spring down the step. (Twin Size) they folded about 30 blanket on the clock until I stop that mess (not on my time), than my husband and I had to start taking our item off the truck because they were tearing everything (my carpet, scarping the wall, they damage my fridge, big holes in the carpet ect.) Then they ask my husband to help them with the big stuff.. really !!!(wrong in some many ways) O !! I forgot to say that they had NO shoes cover on and my carpets r off white . (imagine what they looked like after they left). I wish I would have look at these comment before. (would have NEVER used them).. I will write back later to let you know the out come on my item being repair..

We used this company to move to an apartment while our house was being built and had no trouble the last time we moved so we hired the company again to move into the our new house on 4/28/17. we had Brandon and Mark from the last crew and one person the crew called little Mark and their dispatcher I believe......long story short we had been packing up the apartment prior to moving day and still had more to pack the morning of the 28th so that day we got up early and finished the packing prior to the crew arriving. I had $500 hidden in a dresser which I should have put on my person but was tired and did not cross my mind until the dresser was being brought into the house which at that time I opened up the dresser drawer and the money was gone. I brought the theft to Brandon attention and asked for the owner to call us and as of the 05/09/17 he has not returned our calls

Theres not just a fair category, which I would rate them. But I would not use this company again. The two guys were nice, but not able to lift everything themselves. The hourly rate was fair, but the move took far longer than we thought it would. If my boyfriend had not helped them load and unload every step of the way, goading them into trying again on furniture they said would not go up or down the stairs, letting them know how to angle furniture, the move could not have been completed. Paying over $600 plus tip for a professional move, I expected more, and expected our involvement to be less. For as much as he ended up doing, we should have just rented a truck and asked a couple of friends for help, could have saved us hundreds of dollars.

Wow...called to get a quote and see what it would cost to move me from Cincinnati to mansfield...the lady that was going to do the quote called me and I tried to schedule an appointment...she asked me how many I had coming to quote I told her 5 or 6 companies....she replied if you have that many coming I dont want to waste my time...WOW...I run a multi million dollar franchise business and if one of my employees ever said that I would fire them immediately...what a cappy buisiness...wont even come because there was competition...thats as weak as weak gets...good luck smh

They left my basement door open which allow my girlfriend and I to be robbed. I was up stairs finishing up the packing and trusted them to shut and lock the door. We lost many valuable items that evening due to this. It wasnt until later when we received a call from the police about the robbery that we learned of it. Not happy!!! Quite a few of our glass dishes and canisters were broken, plus items that were supposed to have been left at our new place were taken to storage. Now we have no choice but to use them to retrieve our items from their storage.

Their rate was very reasonable, especially compared to other companies I called first. Wasnt sure what to expect as this was the first time we had opted to hire movers. We moved from one third floor apartment to another third floor, and the two guys were great. They worked quickly and efficiently, and were very polite and professional even though we werent the most organized ourselves. Will DEFINITELY use this company again for our next move, and recommend it highly to others!

I will and have recommended this company to many people. They moved my wife and I from Eastgate to Milford. They were very friendly, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. They made the move very pleasant for us. The rates were very reasonable. When my wife and I move from our Townehome to our house when we are ready to purchase...I WILL be calling and getting these guys again!!!! Support your local small businesses...it is well worth it!!! :)

Wasnt sure what to expect since I located them online, but I am very happy with the results. I moved my office furniture from Mt. Adams to Georgetown OH; Brandon and Jeff were very professional, efficient, and careful with everything. I would definitely call them again!
