This was the worse moving experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this company to anyone no matter how cheap! They were incompetent from the first conversation. I was told that they could "take care" of the truck rental or I could. I asked if they could, what they fail to inform me of is I would have to pick up the truck all they did was put a hold on it in my name! Very important point to communicate to me because they truck they reserved was 35 miles from my house. Although there were several U-Hauls located much closer. When movers arrived we found we had to go get the truck. This failure resulted in and hour and a half of lost time. After getting the truck I find out the insurance wouldnt be honored if I didnt rent pads. My husband had to make another trip for pads...that the movers didnt use! My off white 2 month old sofa was black on one side! The men they sent to do the job were very inexperienced and two of them were of a small stature and couldnt handle the furniture. They were very slow and had a difficult time navigating the furniture. The mover in charge had to keep directing and correcting the two younger movers. They only had to move us down the street and we estimated the large furniture and 70 boxes. After starting an hour and a half late and moving half of the furniture they quit. Then promised they would come back the next day for 2 hours for $150 so I gave them extra for that. The next day they refused to return. I was charged for more time than they worked I had two broken pieces of very expensive furniture and another 4 damaged. Then had to hire another mover for the rest of my furniture. I told them I planned to stop payment at my bank and he said if you do that we wont be able to rectify the error for you. Tim said call back and speak to management. I left a message no return call. When I called back again and spoke to Tim...again, he said the movers said there were no clear paths to move the furniture and the dressers were full. That was an absolute lie! Tim lied....the movers lied! Wow. Worst moving company ever. **** I see you have responded to my review with yet MORE LIES. Not skewed Tim Armstrong! This is the truth, you might consider being truthful and honest. This was not my first move! I was totally ready for my move the drawers were empty all your guys had to do was carry it out. And they were not strong enough or experienced enough to handle the dressers and Armoire. I hired your company primarily for the furniture! And whatever time was left for boxes. In 5 hours they couldnt move the large furniture. Not only did your guys fail to move just the furniture they moved "zero" boxes. Then you lie on this review and say my furniture was not cleared out and there was no path? Even your guys complained that the office was not telling people they had to go pick up their own truck, they were frustrated with your appointment setter! I didnt slander you I told the truth! You have called me a liar, you slandered me. You have plenty of complaints just like mine with the Better Business Bureau. Then you lie to me further and tell me you will return some of the payment for the missed furniture if I dont stop payment. Again "buyer beware" dont fall for this, he lies. Do your due diligence folks doing business with this company is taking a risk! Proper channels of complaints will be filed. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!

Horrible experience! They charged 3 hours when only being there 1 hour and 40 minutes, they showed up 50 minutes late and short 1 mover. They nicked the walls horribly and I have to have the painter come back. Worse part they wont return calls or pick up to discuss, Ive been trying to get in touch for 3 days. Stay far far away, not worth any type of saving. I have not received any calls and now going on 5 straight days of calling you and yes you completed it in time because being an hour late we started the job and I called for help because you were short a person for the heavy stuff. I had a conversation with you when I called asking where you were at 9:20 when the arrival time was 9:00 and it was stated I would only be charged for the time they were there which was 1 hour and 40 minutes not 3 hours and no I did not go and look around the house for chunks taken out of my stair case and walls because I figured I didnt have to with "professional movers". Yes please send me a copy, because that would at least be some type of response.

I used this company to move my furniture and initially I was impressed with their work. After paying the movers and signing off on everything, I started to unpack. As i was organizing things I noticed that my brand new dryer had a huge dent, i mean huge, one that measured 6 by 3" right across the top near the front. I was so shocked that they hadnt mentioned to me that they had caused this damaged, it wasnt like they could have missed it. As, I had already had signed off on everything I knew that I wouldnt be able to have any recourse in the situation, but an apology would have been nice. I left a message on their voice mail, but no one had the decency to return my call. I am really upset by the damage to my $800 dryer, I would not recommend this company.

Had a bad experience with them moving some heavy furniture and a piano. Told them in advance they were moving a piano and it was heavy. They showed up the day of the move without a furniture dolly and said they thought about bringing one, but didnt they they needed it. Needless to say they put some good scratches/dents on my hardwood floor. Im a little upset about it, but what Im more upset about is the fact that they keep blowing me off and never return calls. They claim their insurance is going to take care of it, but I think theyre hoping I will just go away so they wont have to pay to fix the damages caused by their incompetence. They were cheap all right, but if you run into any problems, dont expect any kind of resolution. The risk is all on you.

The two young men that came out were very organized, well mannered, professional, courteous and safe. They reviewed the task at hand, advised me of the service I had bought and the limits of liability/restrictions. They informed me of how they were going to move the items and in what order. Anything I requested they were pleased to do. When they started moving the large heavy solid entertainment center corner unit I was impressed with how they communicated with each other. You could tell these guys had done this many times before. These two guys were well worth the money spent. Ive learned my lesson, go with the pros.

If I could post 0 stars I would. Ive used this company several times, and this time around wanted to use them again. HOWEVER they canceled on me after not showing up an hour into my appt time. Claiming someone was hurt so they couldnt find a replacement since it was a holiday weekend. I had to beg family to come at 4pm on a Sunday of 4th of july weekend to help us move, my uncle hurt his back. It was a ridiculous situation. Now they are REFUSING to pay me back my deposit, and the owner is refusing to talk to me or my mom on the phone. Basically they stole my money. Horrible company!!!!
