I was referred here from a company where I purchased new tires. The tire company told me I needed some parts replaced before I could get my tires placed on. I took my car to James Auto Care and they let me know that my parts were in fact fine, and I didnt need to spend any extra money. They were very helpful, talked through each step with me, and incredibly friendly. I would recommend them to anyone! And, even though its a little out of the way for me, its worth it to me to come here for my future car needs!

James and the staff are top notch! They are kind, quick, and efficient. They are also well priced!!!! Ive had both our vehicles fuel pumps replaced, headlights fixed, oil changed and battery work over the course of my time in lebanon. I only go to James Auto Care. James showed me the parts he got to repair my car, talked to me about where he got them, how much his cost was and how much the labor would be. He only deals with quality parts. Highly recommend!!

This is my 5th time having a vehicle serviced by James. 5 stars each time. Today I took one with a vibration that a transmission shop was certain meant a $2000 - $3600 repair. James guys diagnosed it and found that it was nothing more than a carrier bearing on the drive shaft. $250 later, zero vibration. Thank you James for saving me from spending thousands on something that wouldnt even have fixed the problem.

Amazing service and commitment to the customer. I was very impressed with how fast he was able to diagnose my problem and made sure that the job was NOT oversold (as some other shops like to do). The technicians are very knowledgeable and they take the time to do the job right the first time. Do yourself a favor and take all of your vehicles to James and know the job will be done RIGHT!!.

Best guy in the greater Nashville area! James takes care of his customers. The first time I went they were very busy and I didnt wait long at all. They diagnosed my situation and even repaired the muffler on my BMW...for FREE! Hes just that kind of guy. The best technicians in Lebanon. I wont take my car anywhere else! Mechanic for life.
