I have been using the Lewisburg Post office frequently for over 2 years now. I go in 3-4 times a week with several packages. Everyone there is very kind, except Jan. She gets a piss poor attitude when she sees me coming, and after scanning my packages in, throws them over into the bin, standing at her station. She is the only one who does this. The other workers walk them over and drop them in. The last time I had a look of shock seeing her throw them, the reply I got was "You think thats bad? You should see how Nashville treats packages!" I ended up having to file 2 claims for broken items the last time I got her. Luckily the packages were insured. Hate going here because of how she is. Everyone else is wonderful and I appreciate them!

Multiple times, Ive had tracking say my packages are out for delivery and then not be delivered. No one can seem to read packages that say, Hold for Pickup or fragile, live embryos. They put fragile things in the trunk, carry them upside down and dont care. They drive past my house so fast its not even funny. Plus, I cant get a local number. Called the 800 number and it said there would be an hour wait time and then hung up on me! Suspiciously, the online email system is unavailable as well.
