I checked my mail this afternoon before going to work (I work from 3-11) and got the two items in there and didnt think much about it. Just a normal thing to do. Grab the mail and go to work. I get home at 11 and see someones bill-looking envelope in the gravel driveway. It had been run over a couple times by cars. I live in an apartment building. I thought, well thats not good, someones going to lose an important bill, Ill grab it and put it on the ledge by he mailboxes. I pick it up and its freaking mine. That bill had crucially private information in it. Apparently the carrier didnt give a damn and neglected to ensure it stayed in my mailbox (normal sized envelope in a mailbox capable of handling much much more). The fact that my mail was so carelessly delivered is bad enough, but then I tried to call the post office. Granted, it was after hours, so I thought Id leave a message. It would instead answer with nothing on the line, then hang itself up after baying amounts of time. The fourth time I called, I could here my voice echoing in a room. Someone answered and just listened, then hung up. Im complaining to the postmaster as soon as I wake up tomorrow and I hope to god my carrier is there.

Ive been dealing with a package that is being delivered to the wrong address. Ive been into the post office twice and was told it was not there. It was there. Then I was being told it had been delivered. It had not. I was asking questions about the tracking number, trying to verify and also figure out what to do since Ive never been in this situation. The woman of was speaking to (Laura or Lauri) was incredibly rude. She cut me off, told me she does that have all day to argue with me. Ive never been rude to anyone over the phone. She was out of line. The supervisor I spoke to was very helpful and nice. She is the reason they get 1 star.

Apparently not getting your mail is pretty funny to green castle post office employee however I dont think its so funny messing with mail is after all a felony people just wish I could talk to postmaster myself butt they say their Not there.not funny at all things you depend on or need to live etc not funny at all

Awful service, disrespectful and rude to their customers. Tried to buy stamps, and they said they didnt want to count any out because it was "too difficult".
