There is a rep there who was extremely rude when all I was trying to do was get a package picked up. I sent my boyfriend there to pick up a package that was delievered to my po box but was to big to fit. So the packaged needed to be picked up by a person. Me not know that only I could pick up the package, I sent him there thinking all he needed was the piece of paper they left in my po box to pick up the item. The repersenative Gladys was so rude to him. She even told him she was not talking to him about anything else and refuse to work with him just because he wasnt the person who has the po box. There is nothing wrong with enforcing rules but there is a way to do everything. She couldve kindly told him, sir I can not give items to anyone whos name is not on the po box. Everytime I pick up items they never ask me for an ID. So to my knowlegde as long as you have that piece of paper everything is fine. They really should be more caution of who they hire to work up there because clearly not everyone is meant to work witht he public.

I have come here daily for work for the past two years. The air conditioning is *always* broken the first six weeks of summer. The staff is partially unmotivated, partially treated poorly. Long lines and understaffed at peak times. For someone like me, who represents a company who pays a service for us to skip the line and go straight to the door inside to be brought our mail, we always, always get dirty looks from people waiting in line because theres nothing to tell them or show them that Im there because we pay big money for this service. My coworker was threatened physical violence for "budging in line" in the same circumstances, and while the staff doesnt sit by and do nothing, we shouldnt be subjected to this. At the least, have a security guard stand by during tax and the holiday seasons to remind people to be decent.

This has to be the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. Whenever I am supposed to get a package delivered I can almost bet money that it will be missed because the driver NEVER gets out of the vehicle to knock on the door. When I called to speak to a manager about this I was told that they "are not allowed to knock on doors" I just dont understand how you can do your job if you are not allowed to knock on a door to deliver a package. The office staff is Extremely rude and act like you are bothering them just to have your packages delivered. If I could give this office NO stars I would!

This post office generally has 1-3 clerks at a time. The line is usually backed up to the door. Expect 4-10 people in front of you at any given time. This is not the post office to visit during lunch hours or after 1st shift lets out. This post office has an automated postage machine. So, if you get there late (after closing hours) you can still buy 3 stamps (min purchase) or ship small envelopes / packages.

Too much by the book. I went in there with an already printed small false rate shipping label on a medium flare rate box. She said for me to redo the whole thing and come back. I asked if I can just pay the difference she said no. Supervisor just repeated what they said after she looked at them and asked them what did they already tell me. They couldve just made me pay the difference.

I missed a package delivery while at work, I went in that night and they said it would be ready by 7:30 am the next day. When I went to pick it up in the afternoon I waited for about 10 minutes until the clerk came back and told me she couldnt find my package. This is just one of many times Ive been disappointed by the USPS.

Im not sure what day or time all the negative reviewers visited, but I came by around noon on Thursday and had an excellent experience. The lady who assisted me told me all my options and helped me choose the best for my package. Not only was it excellent service, but I was in and out in 5 minutes!

The Manager Kim is of no assistance! She did not even try to assist me with my matter just said there was nothing she could do when Im sure there is something she can do, yet she does not want to try! My opinion is that she is lazy and unmotivated with assisting her customers!

Absolutely the most inefficient post office in the United States. It seems under staffed at all times regardless of how long the wait times are for customers. I have lost all faith in the balance and checks system. This USPS site should be observed and disciplined.

For the past two packages Ive ordered, I have not received a knock on my door. The first time I received a notice in my mailbox, but this time I received no notice at all even though it states on the tracking update that a notice was left. Im growing tired of this.

they try real hard, they are under staffed and under pressure to keep the line of customers down. baaaah sheep. baaah. i think their bosses should look into this matter. but then postage prices will go up, so its a perfectly balanced system. 5*

Went to mail 15 envelopes at 6:20 pm and was told that they were not going to mail them because I they closed at 7:00pm therefore I would have to come back tomorrow. Cashiers as well as Supervisor were very rude and unprofessional.

I called April 23, 2016 about a lost package and was placed on hold for 12 minutes. Called back and was told to give my name and number and someone would call me back. Never received a phone call. Customer service is unacceptable.

Thay always drive in my yard and get there vehicle stuck. I understand if you tire come on the grass when getting close to mail box. But back up and my yard to trun around. Use the drive way to turn around not the grass
