Has an interesting situation where an international shipper sent a time sensitive package and for 14 days we didnt know where it would be or if it would show up. It finally said it was in Nashville but not at the zip code we provided for shipping, rather, it was at the billing zip code. I talked to Josh in the annex, he was cool calm and collected, took time to listen to the issue and help me work through it. He could have gotten irritated with me, as I did really need this package and I am sure you could tell in my voice, but he didnt he helped me get in touch with another facility, who after some time was able to successfully locate the package. I really appreciate the kind and courteous effort and happy to give a 5 star to Josh for his efforts in helping out.

I work next door to these folks. They seem like a great group of people - they are always laughing and having a good time...BUT - this is NOT a post office. Please remove this as an option when you are google searching for a post office!!!! As their next door neighbors - we get people EVERY DAY that come over and wonder where the mail boxes are or other such questions - many who want to then get irritated with US for it not being a post office. IT IS NOT A POST OFFICE...PLEASE REMOVE THIS FROM YOUR SEARCH!!... thanks...((from the nice business people next door))

Darrell here at the annex is no help at all. The supervisor told me I would come pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered a day before on today. Darrell, who answered the phone every time is just eager to get off the phone and not car about anyones problems. I pay $25 for an overnight package and then it didnt show up so I talk to a supervisor who tells me to go to the annex around this time to pick it up and Darrell says he is the supervisor. So all in all these people dont care about their customers. DONT CHOOSE USPS!! Or DARRELL!!

Pathetic shipping speed capable of having a package depart and arrive in nashville 4 times in one day, living 30 minutes away from nashville and it takes 2 days to get here whereas shipping from memphis almost 4 hours away gets here same day. Needs some work for sure.

If only usps decides to add a counter in the building for mail outlet that would be so convenient to the folks who live nearby. ..
