The postal worker was the rudest I have ever experienced in my life and I do not even know how to report him. I am driving and about to pull into a parking spot along the road, the postal worker is a good ten to fifteen feet away walking towards me in the middle of the road (even though there is a side walk on either side of the street) so I pull in like normal. He then proceeds to walk up to his next delivery wait for me to get out of the car and scream at me from across the entire way for not using a blinker and apparently nearly hitting him. One, as a man who is good at math in physics when object A is 15 feet away and Object B turns 90 degrees object B has a 0% chance of hitting Object A. Two, If you have a problem with me I expect you to come up to me and tell me about it, not proceed to walk up to a customers door and proceed to scream at me across their front yard. Three once he delivered the package he proceeded to walk across the sidewalk and back into the middle of the street even though his vehicle was parked two blocks away. This man was so rude and unprofessional I honestly cannot believe he works at a job that requires he communicate with people. Naturally I go to the website to lodge a complaint and they have no customer service form or anything to fill out. So if you see postal vehicle 3318906 and you do not see the worker with the vehicle there is a good chance you can find him in the middle of the street causing danger to himself and traffic.

This post office isnt like others Ive seen around the country. The people here are snarky and rude. I am very surprised because usually post office employees are very helpful and nice. Not sure whats going on here, but I avoid this PO like the plague, I use UPS or FEDEX if they are comparably priced which surprisingly is more often than not. The delivery mailmen/ women are also terrible as they often deliver the wrong mail in our boxes, and our neighbors also receive our mail. I have even had a few mail go missing completely like our new debit cards. They also NEVER deliver packages, they just leave a slip in your mailbox for you to come pick it up at the PO. I am always at home, and I see when they just pull up to your mailbox and not even attempt to deliver a package. Whats the point of paying for mail delivery when you are actually going out to pick it up? Unfortunately, I am stuck with these guys as long as we live in 47906.

These guys really dont care about their jobs at all. I was supposed to receive my package on a Monday but it was delayed for some unknown unspecified reason, to Thursday which wasnt that bad. But on the promised Thursday, I received nothing and the tracking site stated that there were no updates to my package delivery at all. The next day, I checked the site and it said that my package was delivered on that Thursday morning, but still nothing was in my mailbox, no notification card, nothing. I called and was answered rudely by a guy who said the postman THOUGHT he delivered my package, so he ASSUMED it was delivered WITH the fact that he knows it wasnt at all, and even promised that I would receive my package instead on the following Monday. But guess what? Its Tuesday and still nothing. They wouldnt even answer my calls and when they did, I was treated very rudely. These guys deserve no stars at all if thats even possible.

The post office is horrible here. My only comment is that they are too stupid to leave a little note saying I have a package. And they wont even try to bring it to my door. I live in an apartment complex and they always bring it right to the office, even if Im right at home. They dont knock on the door or leave a simple note like ups. It took me 3 weeks before I found out the office had a package for me cause I wasnt the one that ordered it. I try to avoid the post office like the plague cause this has been happening for almost 3 years now and I still have no clue when stuff is delivered. Maybe they should actually do their job and attempt to deliver it to the door instead of being lazy all the time. UPS all the wayy. then fedex, then all the other services, finally usps in the last place for being the worst at deliveries.

I have never wanted to curse so much ever at someone in my entire life. I called this location for three times, and each time the call was cancelled until my fourth attempt. I asked the employee where was my package as I have never received any attempted delivery notice, and he told me that apparently they tried to deliver but now I have to go pick it up myself. This is bullshit. I have never received any notice, and I suspect that the delivery man was probably lazing off somewhere instead. Laos questioned the employee regarding the cancelled calls, and he flippantly replied that this is the first time youre calling today. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? I THINK ID KNOW HOW MANY TIMES IVE BEEN CALLING TODAY! This post office is a location where competence, common sense, and etiquette has gone down the drain just like their lives.

Horrible service! I wait in a long line and long time until get my turn. The taller postman told me he can not sell stamp to me ( he just shouted ABC mathine out of work). Then I ask him help me mail media mai first. He ask me make the mail ready, I said my mail just with me, do I need fill form? He just told me go over there make ready mislead me think I need fill form. Then I ask other postman, they said media neednt any form just write down the address on box. He is so mean to tell me in a little detial and wast me lot of time to wait and wait in long line. at last Im scare of him and waiting to the asain post woman help me mail my box. I hope never met him.

Not a fan. Ive been sending care packages overseas to my deployed boyfriend and each time I have been to this location, they refuse to put the paperwork on the box and toss it to the side and the packages havent made it to the destination anytime (Ive lost 3 packages from this location)... But if I take the packages to the Lafayette location off of 26, they seem to get everything mailed and received to the destination all within a week and a half. This wouldnt be a huge deal to me if I wasnt paying for the things inside, and personal items cant always be replaced. I do NOT recommend this location. Go to the Lafayette location instead.

This is my regular post office and its great. The people are awesome and as accommodating and happy as government employees can be. USPS obviously isnt the best quality postal service, as they have been rough with my packages, but they are very cheap, especially when you purchase online with click n ship. I have tried another USPS office nearby on the other side of Lafayette and it sucked badly. They were so completely rude and they even ridiculed me for asking questions and embarrassed me in front of everyone, so this one near Pay Less is as good as it gets and Im so thankful that the employees are as fantastic as they are.
