couldnt believe how i saw the owner and the office manager treat a customer. the guy totally lost it right there in front of the store. they (but mostly the owner) totally lost his cool and even called the customer all sorts of derogatory things. he was yelling and shouting at the customer and so was this other guy that was with him-( I think it was the manager) the customer wasnt being rude or yelling back or anything like that- he was basically saying that they needed to stand by their warranty. and from the conversation it sounded like the customer had a decent point but obviously the owner and manager didnt want to foot the bill to cover the cost to make the fix so they were trying to make up reasons as to why it wasnt their fault. some times the customer is outright and totally wrong-but in this case- id say the customer was probably right and service king just didnt like getting called out on their so-called "warranty". if i had seen this take place prior to taking my car there i wouldve just went next door to (i think its called) prices collision and gave them a try. but my car turned out fine. but i didnt have much to get fixed. it did however take 2-3days longer than they said (said it would take 3-5 days and it took 7. so there you go. sorry if you consider this a "bad" review but its an honest one- and hey, you earned it guys. good luck.

Horrible service, Brandy at the corporate office cancelled my appointment, didnt communicate to the Madison Service King location that it was cancelled, I called to verify and the appointment was still good, once I got there, they were very brief, curt, and lowballed the estimate at half the total damages, so Liberty Mutual would only pay out half of what the damages were. They appear to work for the Insurance Company and not for you. They did nothing to find out why Brandy cancelled the appointment, didnt seem to care, and I wouldnt trust my car with them.

I can not say enough good things about Justin and this location. They were so helpful and nice during a very stressful time. They kept me updated every step of the way and put up with all of my questions, which Im sure were on the annoying side. Im so grateful for how amazing they are.

When we visited we were there to get an estimate from StateFarm adjuster, the agent from state farm was very professional and helpful. I only have 4 stars based on his performance. I didnt speak to a Service King associate at all.
