One of the worst experiences ever. I brought my car in for repairs to the passenger side doors. After two days the shop called and said they were ordering new doors and that they would proceed with the other scheduled repairs but that it may take more time. A week and a half later I had not heard from the shop; I called to see the progress on my vehicle. Not only had they not completed the repairs, they had butchered the side panels of my car and reported the car totaled to my insurance company. The shop had filed two supplemental claims for repairs to my insurance company without confirming the repairs with myself. I brought the shop a drive-able vehicle to be repaired and they returned to me a totaled vehicle unsafe to be driven on the road. I will never trust this shop again.

When my friend needed some body work done on her car I told her to take it over to my friend Paul at Auto Art of Nashville. She came back telling me what a great experience she had! He took care of her car and explained the whole claim process to her. Not shortly after the work had been completed, her husband consulted Paul again after his truck was painted to wrong color by another company. He immediately said, "I should have just taken it to Paul in the first place!" He has been a great, reliable person that I can with confidence give to people who have been in an auto accident of any kind to get their cars fixed!

Just got my car back, no problem with the work. The only problem is that one of their employees helped themselves to my cash I forgot in the dashboard. I called the shop to say "hey this happened" their reply not our problem, you shouldnt have left it! I told hem I would be letting my insurance company know, they didnt care. I will never be trusting them with any of my vehicles again!!!!!

I dropped my truck off before leaving town for a week and it was fixed when I got back. The work looks great and they stuck to the estimate. The young lady at the front desk is really organized and handles the in-house customers and calls with courtesy and respect. I wouldnt hesitate to bring my truck back, though I hope I never have a reason to.
