Very poor workmanship and customer service. I was informed that my vehicle was ready to be picked up, but found runs in the paint. I left the car until it could be finished properly. I was called a second time and told it was ready, but there were still flaws in the paint and the employee developed an attitude saying they would probably have to redo the entire repair. I left the car and was called by the general manager the next day saying the car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the motor was running in the parking lot. The general manager said the battery was dead and had to be jump started (the car was fine when I took it in). He said that this sometimes happens, and said that no interior lights were left on ( I never asked, he volunteered that info). I had to go buy a battery the next day. When I got in the car to drive off, my key fob was broken, and half of it was laying on the floor. It must have been dropped or stepped on while they had the car in the Shop. I didnt tell the GM about the key fob because I was so frustrated with the battery incident. There is still a run in the paint on the bumper, but I do not want to walk back into that incompetent shop.

this people have no mercy we got appointment with this people today at 4 pm by the time my wife and my daughter got to there shop it was storming real bad wind around 60 miles in hour my family was really really scared they was looking at her for nothing my wife called me she told me call them and let them bring us inside i called the shop i talk to the lady i told her whats going on please open any bay for my family let them go inside she put me on hold then she came back she said no i not going to let them in no room to put this car i told her i been to you shop before i know you have lots of room i was ask her real nice please please get my family inside she said no i said please they cant get out of car its very very windy please she refused and she hang up the phone in my face this people dont have no mercy i told my wife go to nissan dealer they will take care and they really did ,but again this people have no mercy what so ever

I just wanted to let Abra know that I will not be using your services nor could I recomend using your service anytime, When I went to pick up my car after the repair the paper work I was handed stated Zero due by the customer, I asked If I owed anything and they said no. 6 months later they called back said they made a mistake and that I owed 200$ on the repair, Then they got my insurance company to call me saying I owed them money, I relunctanlty paid after some time, But I feel very cheated and will make sure no one I know EVER uses this company. I had much sucess with this company when it was Bradshaws collision. Very poor customer service, the general manager was more interested in the 200 dollars than keeping a customer service.
