They charged an extra $100 on top of the $190 paint job to fix peeling paint and paint chips and machine sand the car. When we came to pick up the car the guy admitted that the car was not properly painted on the rear bumper but still charged $291 for the job. The car was just painted and no signs of sanding could be seen. The car still had groves from where the paint chips used to be not only on the rear bumper but also the hood and the quarter panel. There were also rough spots on the side molding and on the edges. Also paint drops could be seen on the side of the car. The exhaust was not properly masked and the chrome was painted. There were also uneven applications of paint on the hood.The car was not cleaned afterwards. It was basically the $160 job but he still charged $291. The guy said we have to pay what we agreed to pay what was on the paper even though the work that was written to be done was not done. Bottom Line: These guys will charge you for stuff they say they will do but will only cheat you by not doing what they said they will do.

I went there after having been hit. They were conveniently located. They were friendly and helpful at first. After getting a quote and setting up a time for the work to be done I went in to find a change in management. The new manager was rude and extremely unprofessional. He has his lip full of tobacco and was equally rude to other customers. I had already set up the service so I overlooked this behavior. I was excited to pick my car up as scheduled. They werent finished and I had to wait for 2 hours. It was pouring rain when they pulled it out so I couldnt give it a proper once over. The next day I noticed spots that were missed. I took it back and had to wait all over again. This time it seemed okay. I have since found more flaws and now they dont answer my calls, must have caller I.D. I cant find a corporate contact anywhere to complain. Dont waste your time or money, there is plenty of competition out there.

My experience was no less than troubling. Many attempts to correct shoddy paint and repair reached no avail. One week job became a 2.5 week ordeal. Shoddy painting, deceptive non-replacement of parts, poor repair to fenders, body parts and hood. Received car dirty and with trima parts falling off of the car. Hood padding fell down when I opened the hood. Replacement parts put on backwards under the hood. Headlights were not aligned after repair. Buffing was not thorough, i.e. rough spots remain. I have bubbling, residue and irregular areas in my paint. I would not recommend this place to any one who wants competent service.

Last summer, they did a terrific job on a 9 year old Prius that teen drivers are using. I have driven by this place for years and never stopped. With an old car, the stakes were low and I am very happy I gave this business a try. The car was painted promptly and looked like new. The color on the newly repainted areas matched the original color and finish perfectly. They did get a weird color paint on the inside of the drivers side door. One trip back there and it was removed without any issues.

Save your money!!! Yes its inexpensive but awful paint job! The first time my bumper got painted a month later the paint chiped. On top of that they do not cover your car so there is paint residue all over. I will have to spend money getting my car detailed to get that removed. I took it back to Econo to get it fixed once repainted they left paint drips all over the bumper. If you value your vihicle dont take it here!

Did a fine job with the repair, but had some trouble getting over the fact that the manager was pretty rude to me on several occasions. Also, they did not clean up after the repair. My car was filled with dust inside and out. Finally, you have to pay in cash only, which is inconvenient. In the end, if none of the listed complaints concern you, it is a fine place to get a repair done.

I took my car there to have it painted and was pleasently surprised...it looks awesome! Looks like my car came off the show room floor. The new manager gave me a great deal and the painter there really knew what he was doing. My only recommendation is to make sure the main painter there did the painting...he was great.

Had my front driver side door painted in March and in October the clear coat has bubbled and is peeling...not happy at all and will be taking it back first thing Monday!!!

I agree with Reinas comments. Ive used them in the past and their customer service is awful. If thats not important to you then the work that they perform is okay.
