I came across the company after another repair shop had did everything completely wrong. My car accident happened on 12/20/2016 and it is just now being repaired... I may be a female but I LOVE my car. Going without it was torture! After dealing with all of the non sense from the other repair shop I was completely fed up! Once I got to service king they handled everything!!! And I mean everything, down to returning my rental for me. Angie, Jordan and Tony were outstanding and I feel truly blessed to have them there with me in my time of needing my car repaired in a timely manner. They did what they said they would do and that was satisfy me!! And its just now being repaired because of the other shop taking 3 weeks for paperwork it had NOTHING to do with service king!! Thank you

I had some front end damage done to my car in mid October(other drivers fault). 41 days later and my car is still in the shop. Ive been over there twice being told that my car was ready for pick up. First time - hood wouldnt stay open, no AC, and vibrations at 65 mph. Second time - car JERKS, not vears, but JERKS left. If you are a car lover and want your car to be in the same condition it was in before the accident, STAY AWAY!
