The work was horrific. I ordered a brand new highlight and side mirror from Cadillac (all new in the box Cadillac parts) after a deer hit my car. I got the car back (3 days late) and Mike the owner handed me my keys like the car the all fixed. I walked around the car to check it out and noticed a crack in the mirror that had been replaced. And the headlight that had been replaced sat higher the the other headlight and it looked like it was installed by a kindergartener and it had scratches on the side of it and didnt look new at all. 8 asked him for the receipts of his ordering "new" parts and he didnt provide them he just offered to fix it again and I refused and left. We agreed that I didnt owe him the difference due to the damage still done to my car. I got home and looked in my trunk and the bags that were in there had been tampered with. I had a return to Leipers Fork distellery that was a t shirt and a bottle of bourbon. The brand new bottle I had planned on returning was opened and half way gone. Mikes workers at the Nashville location were the only men that had access to my car. I brought it to his attention and he became very defensive and told me that the man who worked on my car was sober for years and a recovering alcoholic. He was very defensive even after I said there was no one else in my car and that was a brand new bottle to go back to the store and I wasnt asking him for anything I was just bringing it to his attention. He was rude, unprofessional and impossible to talk to & then hung up on me. I called back and left a message to ask for the mans information who worked in my car because the way Mike handled it was disturbing and I wanted to report it after that conversation. It was bizarre. Beware of this place. The work is horrible and the people who work there violated me & my trust. I wish I could give this negative stars.

Excellent service by the Nashville staff! I had a bumper that needed a quick repair and the staff went out of the way to get it done within the time constraint I had set. Even within those time constraints, they did a great job with the paint job and finishing. Not to mention that it was all done for a great price that I thought was very reasonable and cheaper than most places that quoted me. However one staff member in particular stood out: Matt. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and all around great to do business with. If I ever need body work done again, I would come back in a heart beat because of him. Thanks for your great work Matt!

These guys just repaired my truck. Their service is incredible. The owner,Mike Saavedra is one of the nicest people Ive ever met. His crew was fast, helpful and extremely qualified. Mr. Saavedras policy at both locations in Nashville and Franklin is that no customer leaves dissatisfied. I couldnt recommend anybody more highly than Fender Bender.

Mike and his team are prompt and friendly. I had a repair done in less time than estimated, and it cost less than estimated as well. They were able to salvage and repair an additional part, saving me an extra $100. I appreciate the honesty and will definitely do business with them again.
