We chose to take our vehicle to Service King in Brentwood because it was local and had the earliest availability. The repairs took much longer than what was estimated and were not thoroughly completed. Mounting parts were missing, fluids were not filled back to proper levels, and loose parts were left laying inside the vehicle and under the hood. Specifically, a new radiator was installed without the mounting hardware and only being supported by the hoses. I can not speak for all Service Kings, but I would definitely avoid the one on Mallory Lane in Brentwood.

I was rear ended and stopped here to get a quote for the other partys insurance. They were incredibly nice and helpful, and I was in and out with a quote in less than 20 minutes! I had a lot of questions and they were very patient and explained the whole process to me. Waiting on a check from the insurance company before repairs are made, so cant speak to that yet, but my experience so far with this location has been great.

They kept my car for over a month to fix a small wreck. After getting car back there have been a few issues. Car hood no longer stays open. Windshield wipers were put on crooked. Engine has been making noises. And now after only having car back for about a month or less it wont start anymore.
