I had my truck dropped off with them following my accident. They stayed in contact with me through phone and email about the process which was nice. When I picked up my truck part of my door panel was missing which I found in my back seat and installed myself,the battery was dead and it had to jump started,they totally forgot to install a portion of my bumper leaving a wide gap between my grill and bumper which is baffling to me. The bed of my truck was clearly used as a trash can as there were two broken windshields and various other parts of other vehicle thrown in it. All of my belongings from inside my truck were literally thrown in the bed with the other trash for reasons unknown to me as there was no interior damage. My air bag light was still on when I picked up the truck which makes me questions its safety. Theres parts on the invoice that were clearly not even replaced. Also to my disgust a pair of Oakley sunglasses were stolen from my truck as well. I am disgusted with the service and would rate even lower if possible.

Theyll bend over backwards to pick you up and make it convenient. But if you like your car, stay away. They really cut corners and theyre definitely out to save the insurance company money. I was told my car would be repaired one way, and then I find out theyre doing a cheaper, less quality repair. Then I pick it up and find out that theyve done it badly, and you can see paint and tape lines. When I complain, they said theyd redo it a certain way. When I get it back again, they did it a different way to save time and money. They keep going on and on about warranties. How about fixing right the first time??

Received my insurance claim info from State Farm and took my vehicle Abra Body Shop to see about getting it fixed along with some cosmetic repairs. The claim adjust was just plain rude! Scowled and asked if we had an appointment. I told him no and was sorry. He then agreed to look at vehicle for the cosmetic repairs and quoted us a price of around $3,000. He also made a point of telling us they were booked into July. I had already received a estimate for the cosmetic repairs for under half the amount given us. Apparently this shop is not concerned with walk ins or the customer.

The customer service is best I have experienced This is a high class operation. No tape lines. Looked like a factory repair. I recommend this particular ABRA to all friends and co workers. The receptionist to the final delivery was over the top They even got me New Original Dealer parts in place of the aftermarket parts that my insurance calls for. Josh at this ABRA location is the one that taught me what I was actually paying for with my insurance premiums. Aftermarket Parts. My repairs were fantastic and I got a nice lesson on insurance policies.

This used to be Bradshaw Collision Repair; now its an ABRA franchise. You can look up their old ratings under the old name. My car had some dings on the side and a loose front bumper. They fixed it all (good as new) for a reasonable fee, and within the promised time frame. The staff was friendly and professional. I am not sure that they needed to replace as much of the bumper as they claimed, but I lack the expertise to judge this (I thought only the outer fascia needed to be replaced). I dont have any real complaints.

Brought my truck in for a estimate after collision, it sat there for 2 weeks before any one looked at it. eventually the car was totaled out but, in the estimate they gave me prices with had all refurbished parts, basically junk yard parts. they will talk all day about the warranties but at the end of the day it is still a used part. trying to save the insurance company money. apparently it is a very common practice, infact some insurance policies have that written in to them.

I had a wonderful experience at ABRA and am especially appreciative of the service I received from Milton. Another auto body shop told me that the repair to the front bumper of my Jeep would cost over $1,300. Milton took it into the shop and came out with it repaired in minutes at no cost. I highly recommend that you make ABRA Auto Body & Glass the first place you go to when you need service! Everything about their service was first rate!

He gave me an honest and accurate estimate, and walked me through the process of repairing my vehicle after the accident. They do excellent work, and I would recommend ABRA to any and everyone. I had very delightful experience with this guys. They were fast and efficient. Got my car repaired early than what they estimated initially. They did a really fine job. After the repair, my car does not look like it has been into an accident and the repairs comes with life time warranty. I highly recommend this guys.
