Brought my car in because the blower motor stopped working. They then brought it over to their other location without telling me because their electrician was over there. The head mechanic I originally left it with said they didnt know what it was. I then called the electrician that worked on it and he said it was the Climate Control Panel which costs around $400. I needed the car that night so I told them to hold off. When I got there to pick up the car and pay, the printer ran out of paper in the middle of printing the receipt. Because I was already feeling weary about this company I told him I needed a receipt. He then said he cancelled the payment, loaded the printer, and re submitted the payment. I later found 2 transactions on my card that I had to get removed by the bank. I also found that my fuse box panel was just laying on the floor of the car. I decided to bring my car to H&H Repair in East Nashville and they told me that I had 2 fuses missing from that side compartment which caused them to spend more time diagnosing. Im assuming the electrician at Nashville Auto Repair took them out to test and never put them back in. After that was fixed, the guys at H&H found that it was just a relay ($20), and not the Climate Control Panel. Worst auto shop Ive seen. Probably only good for an oil change (if they remember to screw the oil filter on).

Paid $25 to have them patch my tire and the next morning it was flat. I changed my tire to the spare and drove over there and they were argumentative and telling me it wasnt their fault because the tire wouldnt seal to the rim and I could pay them another $15 to put some sealant on the rim. I told them I wasnt happy but to go ahead after the guy told me I was a liar but I was running late for work at that point. so I waited in my car for 20 minutes while they ignored me and did nothing to my tire. I asked them if they were going to fix it and he told me no. Then he accused me of calling the police on him. At one point he brought his boss out who had a gun on his belt Im assuming to scare me. Im guessing they are used to people being unhappy with them, so I took my tire across the street and they had me back on the road in 5 minutes.

the shop was amazing, I have an issue with electric problems in my car. It was not start at the beginning. I took it to too many shops but none of them can figure out whats the issue in the car. the only shop can find it was this one. technician find it quickly, and it was not expensive at all, after I changed the oil, brakes, c/v axle. The shop did the oil change for free. I like it. it was very good communication and service.
