Sports car owners ***BEWARE*** joy rides will be had and crappy repairs will be made I dropped my Lexus IS-F off here after it was involved in a fender bender. The overall process took about 2 weeks from start to finish, I had to pick the vehicle up on my lunch break so I didnt get to inspect it as well as I should have. I did however notice they had driven my car 10 miles, which shouldnt have been a big deal - BUT they took an 1/8th of a tank of gas to do so. My Lexus has a 16.9 gallon fuel tank, broken down over 1/8ths that puts it a little over 2 gallons 2.1125 to be exact. This means in the 10 miles they drove my car, they were getting 4.7 miles per gallon. Needless to say I am pretty upset about this. I let them know this before I leave, the workers there claimed to not have known who had driven my car. I left and on my way back to work I get a phone call from the manager Josh? I believe, letting me know that *he* drove my car and that the manager drives all the cars. (Wouldnt this be common knowledge of ALL the workers there? IF he were actually the one to test drive all the cars?) He asks me why Im upset, I reiterate why Im upset. An 1/8th of a tank of gas to go 10 miles is RIDICULOUS. That pedal on the right mustve had a lead weight on it, Ive never even gotten that bad in gas mileage. The manager is a snobbish prick period. Trying to make me out as a fool? Asking me what kind of gas mileage my car gets, BTW if youre reading this it gets 18 mpg city and 22 highway, not 4.7 mpg!!! Offering me gas money as to console me, NO I DONT WANT GAS MONEY, I dont want my car driven like that by ANYONE!! I dont want anything out of this, I just want to forewarn other sports car owners to avoid this body shop at all cost. Lets get on to the crappy repairs, if I could post pictures on here I would. Ill end up taking a video at some point and posting it and possibly linking it here if it will let me. Theres a huge gap on the opposite side of the repaired side. they replaced the fender, bumper, head light on drivers side, in doing so it looks they were so focused on lining that side up, they forgot to fasten the bumper(which they replaced) properly on the passenger side, theres a big gap around the fender and bumper, and also the hood and drivers side fender(the one they replaced) there is a noticeable gap. Now Im faced with a dilemma, let the drive the crap out of my car again and fix their crappy body work, which they probably wont because of my complaints on here, yelp and the BBB. or live with it. Make your own decision, but remember there are other ABRA auto bodys and other body shops out there.

I own a business and can honestly say this is the worst body shop I have ever stepped foot in.I gave it a 1 star cause I couldnt give this wannabe body shop a zero....so here is my story I had my 09 Altima that was hit in the bumper (allowing it to drag on drivers side) and a 2 inch dent in the quarter panel towed.So one my employees,that hit me,insurance sent it to this circus body shop.After getting it towed there I thought it was getting fixed then 4 days later I got a call saying that I had to sign papers allowing ABRA to work on my vehicle. While I was there a woman that worked for ABRA wanted me to unload my trunk.So while I was unloading my trunk she starts ripping my bumper off my vehicle cutting her left index finger while doing so then she has me pop my trunk and unload my trunk then she ask my husband for a knife and starts hacking away cutting interior carpet and plastic plugs holding the carpet to the inliner of my trunk,then she starts talking how much she makes a hour and what kind of cheap school she went all this was very strange and was not normal at considering my husband worked for Alexander Ford Body Shop from "96"-"2002" and he said he has never seen something so strange .So ABRA keeps my car for 2 and a half weeks and never got a call or text then finally i decided to see where my car was at as far as being fixed.When I do call they said they havent even started on it due to a rebuilt title.How unprofessional for a place not to tell someone that they havent started on my vehicle.Then they tell the insurance that its $1500 job to fix my car.i have had 5 estimates and none of them are even close to $1500.This place is the most unprofessional place I have ever witnessed.As a professional business owner that have had my own business for 26 years and never treated a customer the way they treat theirs.I dont see this business staying in business over 3-4 years at the max.The only reason they are open is their cheap pull a part-parts and cheap labor.i seen some their paint work and I have seen better paint from a guy painting under a shade tree on a hot summer day.IF YOU GO HERE YOU ARE DESPERATE OR DONT CARE WHAT YOUR PAINT AND BODY JOB LOOKS LIKE AND LOOKING FOR THE CHEAP WAY OUT.I WOULDNT SEND MY WORST ENEMY TO ABRA.CAUSE ABRA CADABRA IS WHAT YOUR GOING TO GET,YOUR NORMAL CAR TURNED INTO A PIECE OF SPRAY PAINT JUNK.

I had to come here through someone elses insurance. If I was paying for any of the work they are having to do, I would leave my car wrecked and figure out something else. I would not and will not give Abra in Murfreesboro TN a dime of my money. The work they have done on my bumper has not held at all and Ive been back several times for them to re-fix it. There was damage done at the time of the wreck that was not caught. Im having to go back through the insurance to get them to fix it, since a thorough check of the damage was not done at time of repair. This is ridiculous and had been a waste of my time.

Pathetic excuse for a Auto body shop. Hold my truck for almost a week before saying they cant fix it even though they send text updates saying its going swell. The next body shop shows me why they wont fix it. They arent going to make any money off of it. Underestimate the damage to the vehicle. The labor time they claimed would take a super hero to do. They just didnt care. This is why my boss left you and why the guy working on my truck left you. Do not go here! Shop local

My wifes car went back 4 times. I am still waiting for a sticker under the hood and reimbursement of a rental car that I should not have been billed for. I will never go back to them. All they do is lie to you. there is no integrity. Its been several months since the accident and still waiting.

There are friendly people there that are willing to help with any needs you may have,also they do Great Work as a Collision Ctr, and are really great with following up with you as to the progress on your vehicle! Would refer them to anyone with any type of car repairs!!!!
