Tommy Carroll and Team were outstanding from my first call to follow up! Carey walked me though each detail as they examined my van after hitting a deer in May 2017. I was contacted and informed during each process through insurance to the status of completion. I felt very comfortable through the entire process. Moving into the area from out of state I was referred to them from a past happy customer. So thankful! Not only did they make me feel comfortable but offered information on jobs, connections and a place to board my horse. This was southern hospitality at its best! Most importantly my van looked brand new when they were done after replacing the bumper, headlight and the entire passage side of the vehicle including my automatic sliding door. Im so impressed, as Im a details kind of girl. I cannot thank them enough! They will be highly recommended to all my friends and family.
