I took my car to Autobody Advantage of Spring Hill on Monday December 12th for collision repair to the left front corner of my Honda Odyssey. I used this repair station because of the many positive reviews. I dont know if these reviews were all fake or not but my experience was far from positive. I made the appointment and was told Dec 12th was the first open slot. I told them that was fine but I needed my car by Christmas because I was going on an extended trip out of state. They told me not to worry, that they would order all the necessary parts ahead of time and they would have my car repaired by the end of that week. I dropped it off at 8 AM on the 12th but they did not even start on it until the 14th and then ordered parts. The repair was not completed until Friday of the following week. They took twice as long and charged almost twice as much as the original estimate. I picked the car up on Friday 23rd and left the next date on my trip. I then discovered. 1. The air conditioner did not work (they had removed the condenser for repair access) 2. The rubber air dam under the car was hanging loose, the push pins were not installed. 3. The plastic panel that attaches to the top of the grill and covers the radiator was missing, it has not been reinstalled. 4. The used headlight they installed did not contain a parking light bulb. 5. The paint does not match, they did tell me I could bring it back later and they would repaint it. 6. They charged for a aluminum wheel repair even though this wheel was not affected by the damage. These are not nit-picky items, just very poor, unprofessional and maybe dishonest work. my advice, do not trust this place with your car. Update The owner Mr Grimes called to apologize for the service I received and ask me to bring my car back in and he would correct all items listed. However, I am now in Arizona for the winter so thats not possible. He said I could bring it in after I returned home.

Cosmetic repair was done satisfactory. Issues after were not handled the way they should have been. 3 days after receiving the truck back, check engine light came on. The code was for something they had replaced and caused by not routing a cable where it should have been. In not doing so, the wire rubbed against the power steering pulley blowing a fuse and ruining the new pump. I had to do all the leg work on finding out what the issue was. Lost a day of vacation trying to get from shop that troubleshot the issue. It was electrical and Autobody was told what they found out. Ignoring that, they "fixed" a wire to a shorted out air pump with a butt splice and electrical tape. Why "repair" in the first place? The harness is attached to the pump that needed to be replaced again! Of course, it is all my fault and I shouldve done this and done that. BUT, if they had taken the truck back after the initial contact 3 days later about the check engine light, this would be a totally different sounding review. I hope lessons are learned about customer service from this experience. I know i have learned a few about how it is not supposed to be done.

I took my car there this morning after hitting a construction barrel on the interstate. I really wasnt sure what it was going to take to fix it or where to take it. I honestly took it to Autobody Advantage of Spring Hill because they were the first to open. I am so very glad I did. It was an amazing experience, far better than I could have every asked for or anticipated. I left within a half hour with the barrel incident but a distant memory! They took excellent care of me and will definitely get my business if and when future needs arise. What a wonderful way to start a Monday! Thank you so much for the refreshingly polite, above and beyond customer service.

When you have an accident with your car it is never fun, but at Autobody Advantage of Spring Hill everything was very easy and convenient, which helped remove the stress from a unpleasant situation. Fantastic work, excellent customer service. Staff was friendly, helpful, courteous, and kind. They worked with our insurance company which allowed us to continue our everyday lives with minimal impact from the accident. They handled all of the rental details which made this incredibly simple, which was a welcome change from previous experience with car rentals.

Super nice guys! I went in on a whim to see if they would paint my sons BMX bike. Why? This is an expensive high performance BMX race frame that had just been scratched up from bike rack and racing. I was willing to pay but these guys decided to do it for free just to help out my son. The painters even sat down with my son with samples and let him pick out the color. They also offered to paint his helmet to match the bike without me even asking. They even seem kind of excited about the "fun" project. Great place.

They really do stand behind their work! We had a repair performed and all looked great but a clip was missing that caused a piece of plastic to come loose and break. We took the car back and they looked at it and agreed it was their mistake and ordered the part. When it arrived, they called and got the car in promptly. Everyone was friendly and made something that could have been a hassle very easy. I hope we dont need an auto body repair again but if we do, they have our business!

Their customer service was very respectful and VERY nice. I spoke directly with the employee doing the body work. The work was done within two days and it looked BETTER than when we drove it off the dealers lot! Price was very competitive as well! Ive been to a couple auto body places near by and I didnt feel nearly as comfortable with them as I did with Autobody Advantage. If I get hit again, I know where Im taking my car! **TWO THUMBS UP**

Of all the auto body shops Autobody was the best company to work with. They were very friendly and professional. On every aspect, Dennis delivered on everything he said he would. From the time it would be done to the quality of the work right down to the price. No hidden charges. Thanks again Dennis I will recomend you to everyone and will use you again.
