My parents have their vehicle there at this time. They were told 3-5 days (even a sticker on quote). It is now day 10. Still nothing. Not only that but they are renting a car. That expense continues to rise also. He always says he is going to call and they wait...and wait.. and wait - but of course no call. My husband now has a call in and I am sure he will not get a call either. This company should pay for the days over and above the quoted time for the rental car. Remember the old saying - 1 bad incident will be told to 10 people. Well....it will be more than 10 as well as the Better Business Bureau. There is no excuse in this type business practice.

Horrible service. After quoting me one week for repair time, it took them over a month to fix my 97 Honda Accord, blaming "parts not coming in" but when I asked to see the record of when they ordered the parts to verify that they hadnt just forgot to order them, they failed to produce the record. They also charged me over $200 more than their original quote and refused to give me a discount based on the ridiculously long time it took them to finish working on my car. You will be highly disappointed if you choose Stones for your auto body repair.

I was extremely pleased with Stones auto body, they were very professional and handled everything from my rental to speaking with the insurance agents. They took care of my vehicle in a timely manner and the paint job was flawless. I would recommend this shop to anyone with large or minimal damage done to your vehicle, and they offer free on the spot estimates.
