Alex Belew Catering was an answer to our prayers. The food was absolutely delicious, and he worked with us within our budget to create something really special for our guests during cocktail hour — a biscuit bar with his award-winning biscuits and array of local honeys, prosciutto, and jam! The main dishes were equally special and delicious. Everyone was so pleased, and we felt so thrilled and thankful to offer our guests the best! Not only was the food incredible, Alex was a dream to work with. He made us feel so special as he helped us create a menu that was perfect for our dream wedding. He arranged for everything to be set up, prepared, and styled to perfection. At a wedding, these are important details, and I was so relieved to know that the food would be nothing less than perfect in terms of both taste and presentation. And even though we were warned that we may not have time to eat at our wedding, I think the photo says it all...enjoying our first meal together as husband and wife on our big day thanks to Alex Belew Catering! And just in case, Alex’s team had packed us a to-go box which was the perfect after-wedding treat! Thank you so much for the incredibly professional and personal service!

My daughter, Mackenzie, has been singing with Alex at church for the last six years. In that length of time, we have had many dishes Alex brought to church dinners. And when Mackenzie had sinus surgery, Alex brought her a big dish of mashed potatoes since that was all she could eat after her surgery. I just want to tell you, I thought most mashed potatoes were all the same if youre any kind of cook at all. Well, let me tell you, I was DEAD WRONG!! I dont know what he did to those mashed potatoes, but those were the BEST mashed potatoes you could ever hope to eat this side of heaven!!! Seriously yall, next time you need a caterer, you better call Alex and tell him to bring plenty of those potatoes he made Mac!!!!

Alex catered our wedding and to this day people still talk about how great the food was! He sat down with my then-fiance (now husband) and talked through our menu with us. He gave us so many options and we were able to plan out the food exactly as we wanted it. On the day of the wedding, he came in with his crew, set up, served my guests, and cleaned everything up. He was professional and quick and helped make our wedding day seamless. Highly recommend!
