Saab went in because of its key getting programmed to the vehicle. We did do some shopping around before hand and chose this shop over having the vehicle loaded on a tow truck to Knoxville. Knoxville Saab repair facility was very detailed, explaining what would be done to the vehicle and what parts needed to be changed, programmed etc. We are not novices we were however at the mercy of someone with the programming tools for a Saab Which is : When you purchase a new ignition it comes with 2 keys automatically, plus programming Knoxville total was 1400. They quoted 1600 after it was towed in, which we did not mind since we didnt need to pay to get the vehicle to Knoxville. However, they were fishy in their dealings. When we picked up the vehicle the banana remote was not new it was my old one. It cannot be disputed as the banana remote had a nick on it and one could tell it obviously that the key fob was 10 years old. When we questioned them on the 2nd key that we knew came with a new ignition, the counter tech said he had no idea it probably was in the vehicle. Who the heck leaves a dealers car with a key in it by a busy roadway. Anyway it was a tall tail. Next thing we noticed is the battery that was in the vehicle when it was towed in, was NOT the same. It was bigger and did not fit in the vehicle like it should and they put a piece of cardboard on top of it to not damage the hood. But it did damage the Saab the junk battery they stuffed in my car pushed a dent upward..I would not have mind paying for a new battery if they asked I had to anyway since their battery damaged the vehicle, If I could upload pictures I would of the Saab before and after. That car had entered my inventory and dealers take pictures for online sales therefore I had pictures of this vehicle under-hood and everywhere. It even looks by my interior pictures that my ignition probably was not replaced , maybe cleaned out hence the reason 2 brand new fobs could not be provided.. My fault is this; I DID NOT ASK FOR MY OLD PARTS BACK.. People do this please. I know I got taken for 1600, dont get me wrong the car drove away. But when I pay 1600 for a new ignition and programming for 2 keys that come standard with a new Saab ignition I expect that. Please dont get me started on a customer That was taken by them as well. Vehicle had warranty they told warranty company what was wrong with the vehicle, and told the customer another.. 125 per hour labor rate is insane seriously I own a Porsche and the Porsche dealer does not cost that much per hour..Next time a Euro car needs repair I will have it on a tow truck to Knoxville..simply put I cannot trust them with the repair of my vehicles its not honest dealings.

4/10/2015 - So I went to EuroFix today in Murfreesboro for what I was expecting to be a bad experience due to some of the reviews Ive seen online but I was pleasantly surprised. I own a 2012 Audi A6 Premium Plus Turbo and wanted to get an oil change with tire rotation. I just got this car and its one of the best vehicles Ive ever owned but Ive heard the horror stories about how places like this can rip you off on price. This was not the case. While they did not offer military discounts they did quote me a fair price with taxes included and was all under $100 which was very surprising. The lady that greeted me at the front desk was very polite and since I had called ahead for an appointment it was no time before she confirmed my info and took my car to the back shop for the guys to work on. The waiting area was very pleasant as she showed me where I could sit and informed me that the snacks were complimentary and to feel free to change the channel on the TV if I wanted. They also offered free WiFi which was very fast and convenient. After getting my vehicle back I noticed that they even took the time to change the pressure of my tires and clean my rims and breaks of dust. Overall the experience was very pleasant I look forward to using some of their other services in the future if the need arrives. 4/21/2015 - OK I had to update my initial review as I went back to Eurofix a couple of days after my oil change. Apparently with the Audi vehicles you have both a monitor for your standard oil change servicing and another monitoring for your scheduled maintenance. I was able to reset the monitor for the oil change but not for the other so I called to see if this was something that EuroFix could resolve for me as I dont have a $300 diag cable to do it myself. Once there they checked to see if they could reset it but came out to let me know that the service guys didnt feel comfortable going through all the steps since I hadnt done the servicing with them and didnt know if it was all done before I purchased the vehicle. My car only has about 26K miles on it and I couldnt justify the cost for something I could do on my own, but to my surprise the service tech went ahead and reset everything for me. I made sure to call back to say thank you as from what I read online its not as simple of a task as some make it out to be. I still plan on doing most of the maintenance myself for the things I can handle but for all other servicing I will definitely be giving them a call.

I took my VW in for a second opinion on some major repairs needed and have been treated with exceptional customer service and professionalism at Eurofix Murfreesboro. This is hard to come by at auto repair shops these days. I did not feel that the staff was just out get my money but that theyre actually helping me to meet my needs. My car is my office so I take meticulous care with maintenance and cleanliness; its important to me to have repair professionals do the same. I understand that there might be other repair shops out there that provide similar services for less money but Im willing to pay more for expertise, trained techs and up front honesty like Ive experienced from the staff at Eurofix Murfreesboro. I would like to highlight the professionalism of two staff members - ReAnna and Josh. ReAnna was in on a recent snow day when most of the town was shut down. Not once did I hear her complain nor did it seem like she was rushing to take care of my situation so she could close the shop. Her and another tech took excellent care of another customer in the waiting room that had a simple fix to her vehicle when they could have simply sent the customer on her way in order to close up shop and have the customer come back. But instead the tech took the time to look the other customers vehicle over, make the minor repair and send the customer on her way. These are the little things that are not often seen in business anymore (especially in auto repair), which I appreciate. Josh has also gone above and beyond to completely explain the issues with my vehicle. He could have easily given me advice and swayed me to make costly repairs and make a quick buck, but instead he went the extra mile and realized the value of the vehicle was less than the repairs and immediately communicated this to me. Feel confident with your decision to trust Eurofix Murfreesboro with your VW/Audi/BMW/Volvo repairs. They might not be the least expensive option out there, but you get what you pay for and there is definitely a difference in cost vs price.
