Im not one to write negative reviews however, my experience with this company was very poor. I will say that the paint job was great! 1. The initial estimate was off by over $700. The person that did the estimate stated I would have a new Ford and explorer emblems. 2. When I got my vehicle, it was missing the XLT, the Ford emblem had a dent, the explorer chrome part had been "fixed" and not replaced as agreed on. The bottom rear piece with sensors was also replaced but it had some weird markings. 3.I called and emailed pictures. I was then told that she made a mistake and had put to fix the explorer piece instead of replace. I was told that I would have to pAy an extra $225 for that part. The reason for the XLT not being on there was because it would be too hard to put it on since it wasnt on the original strip. (From prior experience, this is doable) 4. They ordered the parts. I took in my vehicle in the morning about 9. I called about 2:00 and was informed that the explover piece was $661.48 vs the $225 because I have a back up camera. I explained that I didnt feel it was right for me to have to pay when they made the mistake on the estimate. Especially after shed shared that she had over 20 years of experience. 5. I didnt get a call that it was ready. I showed up, they didnt have a total ready. I had to figure out the total since she was on the phone the entire time with an employee. When I checked my vehicle, they didnt even clean off the dust from where they replaced the parts. I got no apology, no " I will come out with you to make sure everything was fixed. " The car was finally completed correctly after much hassle. Poor customer service, lack of detail, and poor communication.

One of the most unorganized, careless, and costly car shops I have ever used. Brought my Honda civic in over a month ago for repairs. I had 30 days of rental coverage and estimated fix date by my adjuster of a week. By the time that almost 2 weeks had gone by with my car sitting in their parking lot, I had absolutely no updates from lyk nu and decided to call. The car still had not been broken down to see the damage underneath the hood. Asked to be fax a form that wasnt coming through on my email. No fax. Call to double check my email and the lady wouldnt even take the time to double check it just kept saying I will email it. Come to find out they had the wrong email address. Call back the next day to fix that. Recieved a phone call 4 weeks after dropping the civic off at their lot from my insurance saying its time to return the rental. Call lyk nu to explain the situation(still no updates or phone calls by lyk nu) and to please to have someone call me back asap on the matters so I know exactly what to do with my rental as it is not my fault an estimated 1 week project has now turned into 5 weeks! Never received. call back as promised and they are closed for the weekend. Due to the carelessness of lyk nu I am having to put out even more money on this incident than I should($200). After picking the car up, I found parts were not replaced although paid by my insurance and things were broken and repaired incorrectly. Please run as far as you can away from this awful place. Also the very old woman up front to the left that seems to have replaced the young girl, has awful customer service skills and needs to retire from any interaction with the public.

If I could rate it lower than a 1, I would. Our car was taken here for repair, but over a month later, and we still dont have it back with no time frame of when to expect it to be completed. Our car was taken to them on July 24th. Today is August 26th, and we still do not have our car back. We have been told on several occasions when it would be ready, but it keeps getting pushed back further and further. They have given many reasons why it isnt their fault, but nothing has been a satisfactory explanation. The communication has been horrible, we are having to call to get any information, although they have stated that they have an email system that should be sending updates. We have checked our spam folders to make sure that nothing is there, but still have not received any of the communications for updates. They have not called us once to let us know the time frame has changed for when the car should be ready, instead, we are calling the day we have been told it will be ready so we can go pick it up, only to be told is isnt ready, over and over and over again. We have filed a complaint with the insurance company, as well, as this is one of their vendors. We just need our car back, not more excuses why it isnt their fault that it isnt ready.

I dont like to pile on or only write reviews when there was a bad experience, but my interactions and results from Lyk-Nu left me jilted. I was t-boned and my car was towed there. It sat for a week before they called asking what to do with it. Im guessing my insurance company dropped the ball there but it took them 30 days to fix the frame, replace both driver side doors, quarter panel, and rear bumper. After I got it back the horn wouldnt chirp when locking it via FOB, the drivers handle had to be double-pumped to open, and the check engine light was on. I called and asked how we could fix the issues and they said that it wasnt their fault. No offer to take another look. I had to take my car to the dealership and my insurance had to pay for the "third party" inspection. The dealership determined the latch wasnt correctly installed on the front or rear door, which caused the car to not lock, hence no horn when pressing the lock button. Obviously a lack of attention to detail. The dealership couldnt link the check engine light to the collision so I was liable for that portion. Id recommend to explore friends recommendations and other options before taking a vehicle here for repair. My car was definitely not "lyk nu" when I got it back.

When i bought my car, some idiot had chopped up the bumper. So when i got into an unfortunate wreck, I was really excited about getting an OEM bumper that hadnt been chopped to pieces. My car took a little longer to finish, and in the meantime I called the store and spoke to a woman and specifically mentioned i DID NOT want my bumper cut. I wanted it to look OEM. Imagine my surprise when I go to pick up my car, and they assure me that they "cut the bumper up" just like it was. Their defense? It was pre accident condition. Hence why i MENTIONED it when I called and noone, not once, called to ask me if I wanted them to CUT APART a BRAND NEW body part. My insurance is still trying to help me get a new bumper. This place used to be great, but under the new management. It blows.
