Even though I never met any of them in person (my car was towed directly by a local wrecker service after a wreck and I live out of state), I had a wonderful experience with Classic Collision in Oneonta, AL from our first contact. Gina and Gary were always very friendly and helpful when I talked to them on the phone, and they were patient in answering my questions. Gina mailed me items left in my car, including an Auburn tag that Gary jokingly said he would have to wear gloves and wash his hands with bleach after removing (my package also included an Alabama key ring, which made me laugh, a nice touch after the stress of a wreck). Although I hope others do not need them for the same reason I did, I would highly recommend this business.

Everyone at Classic Collision is very friendly and professional! I had someone come off the road and slammed into my Charger so hard it turned it 90 degrees. Although that persons insurance company wanted me to use one of their network shops, I insisted it go to Classic. Jack will ensure that your car is repaired properly, even if he has to go head to head with the insurance company. They do phenomenal work, which is why my brand new Challenger that got rear-ended on my way home from the dealership the day I bought it, is going to Classic Collision. You wont regret using them!
