On our trip out for the day we decided to get lunch. its was really windy and upon opening my door to the car the wind took the door and over extened the door. I got out and tried to close it but the damge was already done. the door was bent past where it should go and I was unable to close my car door. Already worried didnt know who to call so i looked online. I called around but wasnt getting any available appointments or direct answers from two previous places I called. I noticed church brothers was right down the street so I called them. They were extremely helpful over the phone and set me up with an appointment within that hour. So I went in and talked to George told me that given that damage and the fact that I didnt have insurance it would prolly cost alot but he said he would try to roll back the hinges to see if it could be a quick fix. Expecting the worst I sat in the lobby impatiently dreading my bill for wind damage. To my surprise George came back with great news. The quick fix worked! I had some scratches but I didnt care I was so overjoyed that it was fixed. The best part was that he did it out of the kindness of his heart and didnt charge me a dime. Church Brothers thank you so much for fixing my door. I will forever recommend you to anybody.

Rude and unprofessional....would/will never use for any kind of repairs. I called the Avon branch and spoke with a gentleman who stated they could give me a written estimate if I brought my car by. I asked if I needed to do anything and he said just bring the car by and it would take only 15 -20 minutes. I stopped in around 5:10, I knew they closed at 5:30, and as I began to speak with the lady at the front desk I noticed her coworkers, three gentlemen, who were standing around behind the counter had vanished. The lady at the front desk said she couldnt do anything because they were closing in 17 minutes. I was taken back at how she or Church Brothers were not willing or even tried to help me. I told her I would take my business elsewhere, f they are not willing to help, at which she replied, "OK." I would never recommend this location to anyone. Apparently, the employees at this branch dont care about customer SATISFACTION at 5:13.

Recently I had to pay out of pocket for damage to my daughters car ( I didnt want her rates to go up) that was vandalized which was frustrating. So I looked around thinking a "mom and pop" collision repair shop would offer the least expensive quote. I WAS WRONG! I came to Church Brothers because they had the best quote, got me in immediately, and turned the job around quickly! The staff was extremely pleasant which is what you want when dealing with repairs. I will never go anywhere else!!!!! I have been here before through my insurance company and they were just is great then. Extremely welcoming and I know they have the best repair specialist because one time I turned a car in to resale and the car salesman even noted that they did a great job. Thanks for making a inconvenience not so bad.

Unfortunately one of the worst business experiences in a long time . Vehicle was repaired perfectly here about a year ago, so we decided to utilize this facility again. Turned out to be a huge mistake. The business was paid by the insurance carrier to repair our vehicle and never notified is that they received payment ! What kind of practice is that.?When called out on it , they chose to return the monies , or so they claim , although the carrier still does not have the funds back. I was told once before to beware of church brothers and after my first experience I couldnt understand why. However , now I understand . There are many outstanding repair facilities that will do great work without putting $ as the only variable , chose them over this organization for sure .

The staff at Church Brothers Collision Center are hands down the best in the city for convenience, professionalism and service. My misfortune of TWO Deer Accidents within a 6-Week Period was a challenge that Churchs handled like a Sunday stroll in the park. My first incident occurred during Spring Break which made it very difficult to quickly locate a comparable replacement rental for our minivan. Churchs pulled some strings and located a really nice SUV that provided plenty of space, features and options for my family of six. They even arranged to have the rental delivered to their facility so I could get right back into my busy schedule. Church Brothers did outstanding work on our 2015 Ford Transit van, which had been rear ended and very heavily damaged. This vehicle is a new design, and they had not repaired one before. The quality of their work was exemplary. I closely examined the welds made in the repair in key areas and they were indistinguishable from the factory welds on the opposite, undamaged side. To top it off, the paint looks beautiful, and also appears as good as factory new. They had the van detailed and it drives perfectly. We also deeply appreciate their professionalism and good communication. My wife and I highly recommend this excellent body shop!

They are also the friendly voices that you talk to when you call in with a question. These two young ladies are in my opinion the hardest working girls in automotive repair! I love Church Brothers! The people were great to deal with and the woman at the front desk always had a smile that was real. After I got into a car accident I had my car towed there and they told me it would be about 10 days and it was only a week. They made my car look better than it did when I took it in. They also have a guarantee on the work they have done. If the need ever comes again that I need to have my car worked on this is the place! Thanks Guys!

Can NOT say enough great things about this location! My mother recently had her vehicle repaired here and they took excellent care of her! From Caitlin at the front desk to George in the back, she never once felt uneasy or confused about what was going on. I will ALWAYS refer Church Brothers in Avon! Joshs attention to detail and outstanding service took away all of our headache that im certain we would have if we had gone anywhere else. I highly recommend Church Brothers in Avon.
