I have heard it said that you get what you pay for but with this company you get much more than you pay for because you get really nice people and fabulous service from the first call 24/7 with a warranty. When Randy showed up at my house years ago I wasnt sure what to expect but now I refuse to work with another company or person for the electrical needs in my homes. On the big jobs his apprentice "Prentis" is also a true gentleman and a joy to work with. These guys do not show up in jeans and sweatshirts with a poor attitude. They walk in with foot protectors and uniforms on with a smile. I swear they never ever stop from the moment they arrive. There are cheaper places to get your electrical work done BUT in the long run I bet you play more because they dont fix it the first time and when it comes to Electrical problems I just sleep better knowing that my house has been wired correctly AND TO CODES. Their code of ethics is just as correct. I have no fear when Mr Sparky, Randy, and Prentis are here. USE THEM !! ( I was not in anyway compensated for this review)

Well, its too bad someone/technician wasnt willing to give me at least a ball park cost to install a coax cable for two bedrooms and splitter. When a potential customer is looking to get three bids for a relatively small job (were not talking wiring for new home reconstruction), do you really think we want to pay $39 for each bid? Thats $120 just to see which company you want to use! In this case, it isnt rocket science. A coax cable for two upstairs bedrooms fished into crawl space and a splitter to tap into existing cable in master bedroom ~ We dont need someone to come out and give a, "full evaluation of your needs," when Comcast, who is here right now, has indicated EXACTLY what the "needs" are. I can only conclude Mister Sparky has all the business they care to have since they arent willing to give an approximate cost for a seemingly standard installation such as this over the phone. Tsk-tsk.

Prentis arrived on time and quickly began the installation of 4 ceiling lights. There was also a dimmer to be installed. He began early to beat the attic heat and did a masterful job. He got the job done on time with perfection. He stayed at it until everything was perfect by his standards and met all of our desires. Prentis is the best electrician I have ever had at my house. He will be glad to help anyone achieve their needed/desired electrical goals. This is the best experience I have had electrically. Mr. Sparky has rewired by garage, living room and set up my pool electrical. Great Job. You need something wired? Call Mr. Sparky

I dont know which employees rated this company so high.I had to have one breaker changed out the guy was only at my home for no more than 15 minutes. cost me $226.00!!!!! Then the electrician says to change 2 more breakers it would be 473.00!!! I will NEVER reccomend them for anyone and as a previous person stated they saw it was a big home and assumed we would want to pay big bucks!! every other company I spoke with says they ripped me off !!! it is a 60 dollar repair at the most! i will NOT refer this con of a company to anyone!!!!

I initially used Mister Sparky about 5 or so years ago when I lived in a condo. They did a great job back then so when I needed some work done on my new home I immediately thought of them. My technician, Kyle, was on time and listened to my issue. I was then provided with the best solution to resolve my issue. Kyle explained the pricing and completed the work in a timely manner. I would have called sooner if I knew I would find an electrician who knows his trade as well as Mr. Eddie Weiss. I would recommend Mister Sparky Electric. Charles arrive promptly after I received the phone call telling me he was on his way. He was extremely polite and courteous and got right to work. He explained what the problem was and quickly fixed it. While he was there, he was happy to give me an itemized estimate on another project I am thinking about. Charles was quite friendly and cordial throughout his visit and seemed concerned about keeping our home neat and clean while he was there. Good job, Charles.

These guys are amazing. I called after we had experienced a disastrous storm here in Nashville and were without power. I tried to power the house with a generator, but apparently overloaded the circuits. I called and they came out on time. The took plenty of time in talking to me and was very kind. THANK YOU!!! Such wonderful service. If I ever have the need for any type of electrical service here in Nashville Tennessee, I will definitely use Mister Sparky Electric.

Eddie was great. He went above and beyond with his work. He treated my home with respect and explained everything we needed to do. What turned out to be a pretty large job when i thought it was a few small issues, he met my concerns with prompt answers and clear explanations of what was needed. I would reccomend eddie to my collegues and my friends and family. He even saved me some money with a referal from the hvac they work. Overall very good experience.

When making my first appointment, the staff were super nice and accommodating. I was given a time frame of 1-4 PM and Eddie arrived at just a little after 1. I generally prefer to do things myself as I dont think the average person puts as much thought and care into the job as I do. With Eddie, thats not the case. He was very detail oriented and precise. I would not hesitate to use these guys again and plan on doing so for my HVAC needs.
