Called the gentleman on the phone. He first got upset at me for asking him a question about the service. He obviously was not in the best of moods and took it out on me the customer. He aggressively told me not to talk when he was speaking. When I asked to setup a time with him while I was checking on other electricians he told me he would charge me for canceling. I told them I didnt think that was fair and he told me he didnt like me telling me how to run his business and hung up.

Quick Response, very knowledgeable and helpful. We had received a contract our house but it was pending an inspection. The inspection had questioned a couple issues in out breaker box. We had 24 hours to get our breaker box checked out to meet the buyers needs. Discount Electrical Service came out the the same day to meet our needs! I will definitely call them again for electrical needs!

We received a fair estimate and knew we had a bunch of work to be done. They were on time and spent most of the day knocking out our list of upgrades. Very professional, courteous and accommodating. No problem when we couldnt switch an existing outlet to 220 and had to add a new one instead. Well definitely use Discount Electric again and recommend them to family, friends and neighbors!

Ron came out, addressed all problems, and quoted me a fair price before starting. Once he got underway, he found an easier solution to one of the problems and reduced the price accordingly. I thought that was very ethical. A less scrupulous contractor could have ripped me off. Bottom line is I am a satisfied customer and would do business with him again.

Ron quoted me a very fair price, arrived on time, and completed the job in a timely manner. He called from the driveway to let me know he was here when he heard I had a baby at home so as not to ring the doorbell. This is actually the second time I have used his company,Discount Electric, and he is the only electrician as far as I am concerned.

Ive dealt with a number of electricians and these guys were constant professionals and extremely helpful! They even came out on a Saturday when I called them that morning!! I would highly recommend them to anyone and have already to my neighbors.
