Its a pretty good gym! They have a ton of cardio machines, so even during peak hours I can find an elliptical to jump on. The same is generally true of the weight machines. Theres some room for improvement though. Their parking lot is a hot mess of confusing traffic patterns, and its pretty common to find the ceiling leaking after a rainstorm. My biggest complaint, however, is that they only have 4 gym mats. In a gym clearly designed for a high volume of people, it seems like a glaring oversight. If you want to stretch or do some crunches, get comfy on the floor.

Just called to inquire about location, fees, accessibility and introduction to machines and how having a trainer on site works. Basically the trainer can help you when theres 5 people or less. Ok so thats at 3 a.m ? Just out hospital and trying to make life changes. Lady on phone....not impressed. She didnt seem to know her job quite yet. Must be a ton of overhead to this facility. However it doesnt seem to be the staff. Will reconsider another day. Sounded good on paper. Im going to look hard at Green Hills YMCA.

I travel all across the US and PF offers the best prices for the most locations nation wide so, no other gyms can compare i dont think. That being said this gym was rated two stars for lack of maintenance. The showers need serious attention. They were filthy, and one of the showers was leaking. The drinking fountain wasnt cold at all I drank 4 seperate times.... water was never cold. I came, did what i needed. Ill try another location if i stay around till tomorrow.

Very rude service! The first time was great, didnt get literally harassed and watched the whole time as a guest. Lets just say I will NOT be coming a member here cheap or not! Its not that serious of a job! Lmao again the first time was great service, this time one worker was so rude and being so petty like ! A great gym definitely if the staff was better. !!!

Planet Fitness is my second planet after Earth. You should always look around a gym before signing up, but for $19 a month I workout, get a massage, tan and shower at any planet fitness in the country. If I could give it more than five stars I would. Also its a very friendly and helpful staff as well as being up to date and clean.

Limited workout space.. benches / squat racks / abs area are always crowded. Worst part about the gym is there isnt a free bar to deadlift, clean or squat. Staff is fantastic, clean environment and restrooms and you cant beat it for the price - 10 bucks a month is unreal.

This place is gross. There is always toilet paper and water all over the bathroom, its hot and humid inside, machines are constantly out of order, and its super crowded. Every time I come here because its close and Im in a hurry I regret it!

Pretty nice gym with lots of equipment, which is what I like. I like the Hermitage PF a little better because theres more windows and therefore natural light. But that cant be helped here and i can always get a good workout here.

For a quick workout I really like this place. It gets packed at times, but it is clean and the staff is friendly. No classes or some of the extras that other gyms have but still nice. free weights are limited

Cheap place to work out. Gets very crowded at peak times. Friendly and helpful staff. Thirty minute circuit is a great idea let down by lots of customers who camp out on one machine for ten minutes.

I always feel welcome at Planet Fitness. They have so many cardio equipment, Ive never had to wait for one. The Charlotte pike location is clean and roomy, I enjoy going back there!

Best Gym around. For $22 a month, use any gym in the US. Including weight machines, free weights, cardio machines, hydro beds, and very nice Tanning beds. Cant beat it.
