The representatives at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery were so helpful in planning my Uncles funeral. From the call from Samuel Brewer that they had received my uncles remains to the planning of his service and carrying out the plans, I coulnt ask for any better service. When you are dealing with a loss and trying to make everything just right for family and friends, a lot of details are left out. Samuel and staff made everything flow so easily. Janice was there to help us with the gravesite arrangements and there was nothing to worry about. We requested that our car be driven up to the gravesite so our 90 year old aunt could get out easily from the passenger side-and she made that happen. Samuel reassured us that there was no hurry to get our aunt from wheelchair to pew and to take our time. The workers at gravesite were wonderful in setting up the seating and providing a place for our aunt to sit in her wheelchair. They even stopped lowering the vault so I could get a photo of it. They were very attentive to our needs. Your entire staff coordinated our whole experience, made it stress free, and we were relaxed throughout the entire experience. Thank you to your kind, helpful and thoughtful employees.

From the moment my wife Janet Randazzo passed away the staff at Spring Hill Funeral Home was awesome during this time of sorrow. For starter Trudy my funeral director did a awesome job of getting Janet Randazzo ready for the viewing Janets make up and hair was done perfect. Linda and Tarra were awesome I was able to honor all of Janets wishes what a group of people.They made my situation work.And every time I visit funeral I am always offered water coffee .It is amazing what this group of people can do. Lets not for get rest of staff they are awesome.Funeral home and Cemetery are kept up very well. I paying on a burial estate in the Garden of good Shepard and it is beautiful

In the words of my mother, the funeral services of my father couldnt have been any more perfect. From the time we walked in the doors of Spring Hill, everyone there embraced us as their own family. My newly adopted sister, Jessica, aka "Jr," made the process so simple and was so sweet, bending over backwards to make sure my mother had everything she wanted and/or needed throughout the process. Jeff held my mothers hand as he walked her down the aisle of the chapel and was like a brother to me. Even the limo driver was "Uncle Randy" by the time all was said and done. This group of folks gets five stars only because we cant give them TEN!! We will forever be grateful...

I loved the entire staff; this funeral home literally rolled out the red carpet, grabbed my hand and walk me through every step and made certain that my sister was in good hands. Our family was extremely pleased with the services that they provided. The facility is elegant and the cemetery landscape is beautiful. When God calls for me; this is definitely where I will be. The staff here is so professional and caring!! John went above and beyond to accommodate my familys unique situation. My Dad, Rodney Nelson, passed away unexpectedly on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend 2014. We had family who had traveled from North Carolina, Kansas, and Minnesota who all had to return home within a short time frame. Words cannot express the gratitude we have for John and everyone else who assisted in carrying out my dads last requests. The releasing of a Dove was absolutely amazing and a memory I will cherish forever!! Thank You John and everyone else who was involved with my Dads services!!

Im a minister for a local church and was given the honor of conducting the service for one of our members that had passed. The folks here at Spring Hill were just wonderful. So professional and sensitive to the needs of the friends and family who had gathered. I want to commend them for a job well done -- particularly Randy who I worked directly with...he was outstanding and a great ambassador for the funeral home. Gretchen Skaggs helped us pre-plan our funerals and couldnt have been more professional and at the same time personable. She answered all our questions, offered all information and suggestions, showing us the different packages and helped us decide which options fit within our budget based on our preferences. She also thoroughly explained the financing. We feel comfortable having talked with her about a subject no one wants to talk about.
