Took my car in to have the transmission replaced and it had just been one problem after another. Second day after having it back from the shop a transmission hose was profusely leaking. Took it back in and had it replaced and then not even a week later that same hose completely blew off right as I was leaving for work. It appeared that it hadnt been properly tightened down. I tightened the hose clamps back down by myself and now for the second time the transmission hose has blown off. Making me realize that the hose was cut entirely too short and was somehow missed twice by "professionals" after thinking it over I recall taking my car into Gateway two or three years ago to have a transmission mount replaced along with all the hoses. After getting it back then, it was fine for a little while, but then I noticed the transmission started to act up a little, but didnt think much about because it wasnt severe. Up until a month before I got my transmission replaced my transmission hoses were covered in grime from a now obvious leak. And on investigation I saw that when the hoses had been replaced before the clamps had been tightened too tight to the point where they were cutting into the hose. Which leads me to believe that the damage done to my transmission to make me need an entirety new one was Gateways fault. Now I dont even trust Gateway to fix it considering Ive taken it back several times to be "fixed" and have consistently had issues afterwards. Now Im out three thousand dollars, have a car that I cant drive and is now stuck in my driveway, and Im late for work. I will no longer be relying on Gateway for ANY services in the future.

Went to them to have my rear brakes done. Told the lady at the counter that I want rear brakes and new drums. She gave me a price and I said fine someone expensive I think for rear brakes but anyway had them do it. This took place on Saturday and called about 11:30 to check and she told me that he just got done and she give me the total paid over the phone no big deal. So this afternoon I go pick up my car and I get in and I first noticed my brake pedal is spongy okay maybe the new brakes. So I forgot to Gateway and Im heading down the road and car pulls up from me and I hit my brakes and they dont feel good. So we are going on the road again and pull up my emergency brake and I have nothing. Pull in the parking lot trying again just make sure you know nothing nothing at all on my rear brakes have not talked to them yet so Ill have to wait till Monday I will follow up on this review Monday and well see what happens from there Im just guessing that it and adjust them correctly which is extremely unsatisfactory will I go back yes I go back Monday after that and they fix my brakes no I will not go back. Ok lets see went back in on Monday morning, called first. They said bring it in ASAP and they would look at it. Ok so I did and in 10 minutes I was out the door. Ok everything is fine. No , not really. Oh my car is fine , but the service I think could use some help. If it only took 10 minutes to adjust the brakes, why did they not do it right the first time? I will not be going back.

I was going into the Gateway tire to get the special oil change with tire rotation and balance for 26.95. I really needed the rotation and balance but hey I normally change my own oil it will be nice just to have it done. well once they had my truck in there for no more than 10 minutes he came out and said oh I am not going to rotate your tires it would be a waist of your money and I asked him to show me why which he did so I can explain it to my sons to confirm the problem. Along with telling all that was wrong with my truck and trying to sell me nice big new tires I was ready to leave, at check out I was being charges over 30 dollars I said well he didnt to the rotation or the balance why are you charging me for it, he states well it was a free service with the oil change which the sign DID NOT say. I was not happy with the attitude they took with me, just because I am female I do not have sucker on my forehead and I just confirmed with a second opinion that the ball joints were fine in my truck which they said were bad. I will never go there again.....

Had a tire go low suddenly while on vacation and passing through town. Dan got the car in fast on a busy day, replaced the valve stem and got us back on the road fast. Great customer service. See Dan!

Great customer service. If you go super early as soon as they open, they will get you right in. They even offer you rides home if you have to wait a while. Definitely will be back.
