I dropped off our travel trailer about 5 weeks ago for some repair work. We were told it would be about 2 weeks. After close to 4 weeks with no word I went by to ask about it and I was told by Andy that we were 2 tickets behind and we our camper would definitely be started by the end of the week. The following Monday I called to inquire and the woman answering the phone was told to tell me we were 2 tickets behind. Sound Familiar? I told her I was told that the previous week. She went back and spoke with Andy again and he promised to call by Friday May 22nd with a estimate. It is now Wednesday the 27th and I called again to inquire because we have heard nothing. The woman on the phone told me she spoke with Andy and someone else and they both informed her that they had called us with a verbal estimate. This is an absolute untruth. No one has called us at all. In this same conversation I was then told they are about 6 weeks from being able to work on our camper. This is, in my opinion, very poor service. We are now on our way to pick up the travel trailer to take to another company due to the fact that we wont be able to go on our summer trip beginning on June 11th if we wait on A & L. I was given excuse after excuse about how other jobs have turned into nightmares and that is why it is taking so long. I asked why we werent called to keep us informed of the timeline and they felt that was unnecessary.

I have been very happy with A & L. My husband and I purchased our RV there several years ago. The selection was great and the prices fair. They have been wonderful at answering any questions we have had and their service department has been fantastic. We will definitely keep coming back.

This place has a lot of RVs or motorhomes, either way they have them. Awesome place to visit because they also have a store which provides accessories among other tidbits. Repair shop included on premises.
