I recently went to Gold Street Automotive to get wheel repair work done on my car. The service was good and timely. I later took my car to another place to get new tires. This place told me that Golds Street had damaged a wheel strut and possibly the wheel hub. I took my car back to Gold Street Automotive and shared with them what I was told. They professionally listened to my complaint and immediately examined the wheel. They found that there was no damage done and took care of the situation. What impressed me was they did not show any visible offence to my complaint of their work and not only took care of the minor problem, but showed me what really happen. I was very impressed with their professionalism and integrity. I will definitely go back for needed repairs and will recommend everyone I know to go there.

I was having some car trouble on a Saturday afternoon and I was driving around trying to find a place that was open to look at my car. I literally could not find a place that wanted my business. I stopped into Gold Street and they were actually cleaning the office and not really open at the time. The owner gladly took the time to look at my car and diagnosed the problem and could order the part and get it fixed by Monday afternoon. I was really impressed with the service and the price. Ever since then we take our personal and business vehicles for all repairs. It is a family owned business and they have always treated us well.

After taking my car to the dealer twice my squeaky wheel remained squeaky. My car was checked up on a rack and also test drove to diagnose while at the dealer. They found nothing. After that I dropped off my car at Gold Street Automotive for a diagnosis. A couple hours later they determined the car had a bad wheel bearing up front. The repair was completed and was successful. The "squeak-squeak-squeak, tick-tick-tick" noise was gone. This was my first repair with this company but Im confident in their competency. Im still amazed at the dealers lack of skill.

I had them install long tube headers on my car because most shops wanted a fortune to do it. I was told worst case scenario it would be $500 but they had to bend them to fit so it was almost $750 and after two days I was driving it and lost all steering out of the blue when they were the last to touch it. I told them what happened and they didnt seem to really care that I could have had a bad accident and were very reluctant to even come fix their mistake. Very very unhappy. I expected so much more from such a highly acclaimed shop

The Lady at the front Lindsay is her name. Ive had my car take in there twice and I have had horrible customer service with her. I called to ask if they can tell me if its my battery or alternator and her first words were "I dont know if you noticed but were busy". By the end of the phone call she had told me I had one hour to get my car off the lot or it will be towed elsewhere and they will not touch it "Because I asked to jump in front of people" I do not recommend anyone to take their vehicle there.

If youre needing an exhaust, dont waste your money 250.00 is a lot to pay for lesson learned. I have pictures of the "new" exhaust that are posted on Googles site. The bends are kinked the welds look like I did them. Needless to say I went to Maxi Muffler the next day, after I asked Gold Street to fix their bad work and they would not.

Great service and very affordable. They are always so nice and treat me like family when Im there. My car has 175,000 miles on it and the dealership wanted to charge me almost $3,000 for what Gold Street did for $1,000. They also gave me a ride home when I had to drop my car off.

The prices are definitely reasonable and the people are great! Couldnt ask for better customer service from the girl in the front to the guys in the back. They are very trust worthy and willing to answer any questions. Best place for my car needs. Thanks guys!
