Every time we visit firestone on Lebanon Rd in Donelson, the staff makes us glad we did! Everyone there is so insanely friendly and knowledgeable. You dont get the feeling theyre just trying to make a sale, but their kindness is genuine. My husband went in for an oil change today and was reminded he was missing a nut on the tire. The guy he spoke to said they charge $50 for a replacement and my husband asked them to just put it in the reminders and he would try to take care of it. We picked up his car to find out the went ahead and replaced it free of charge! I think the mans name was Jeff, but everyone there was beyond great. We would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality customer service and work.

What a rude and incompetent outfit. We had over $1115 worth of brake work done only to find out the next day when we thought the wheels were literally falling off that they replaced some new parts and used old connector parts that were doomed to fail. Took it to another location to get this mess fixed and they simply were without words to explain why someone would do it. Their attitude is unacceptable and we well never walk into another Firestone anywhere again nor will any of my friends, FB connections and Twitter followers that I can advise of the same.

While getting my oil changed, I asked the staff to test drive my vehicle. It has had an annoying roar from the rear almost since I purchased it in January. They were able to determine that the tread was trying to separate on the rear tires (OEM) and made me a great deal on two new tires to replace them. Im now running 4 recent Firestone tires and could not be happier. And the car is MUCH quieter now!

Im from Missouri and we needed to get a new alternator. This happened right before the store closed and they worked late so I could leave. I would recommend this place to anyone! They saved me from traveling the next day and being stuck here over night. They are amazing especially their manager Chad!
