Two times I have used Rose Tire because the lot I got my car from used them for repairs. The first was an alternator. For 3 days my car sat on the lot, untouched. When they finally got the estimate to the lot and I agreed to the charges they told the lot they needed the key. I had dropped car and key at the same time 3 days earlier. After hunting for HOURS for the key, they finally found it and had my car ready by end of day. This time they were asked to do a quote for a transmission repair. I dropped car & key last Thursday, July 24 at 8am. I called the lot customer service to check in and they told me they were having to tow it to another place because Rose Tire was taking too long. The tow driver calls me today (July 31 @4pm) to ask for the key. Rose Tire swears my car was towed in without a key and they were waiting on me to bring it in. Really? Then how did you move it from the paved parking area on Tuesday and put it in the gravel lot if you didnt have a key? Thank you as well for leaving it unlocked while it sat in the gravel area especially after Lebanon PD issued a warning about a rash of thieves entering unlocked cars. And thank you as well for finally finding the key after holding up the tow driver for 45 minutes. I will NEVER use Rose Tire again.

I called to make any appointment to have my brakes replaced. I explained that the brakes just didnt feel right and I had put almost 40,000 miles on them. My husband dropped it off at Rose Tire in the morning and by lunchtime they called me back. Chip stated that my brakes were in great shape. I argued, insisting the brakes didnt feel right and needed to be replaced. Chip further stated the mechanic had found a small piece of metal stuck between the rotor and brake pad which is probably what was causing the grinding. Of course, we thanked them for their honesty. I wouldnt go anywhere else for service. These guys are top notch!

Broke down with a bad starter and not knowing anything about the area the tow truck took me to Rose Tire and Service. Communication was poor, time to fix was poor, labor rate was fine, as for the cost of the starter itself, they must have seen me coming. I checked with the supplier they said they got the starter from and after doing the math based on the most expensive start that supplier carries, it looks like Rose Tire marked the part up about 75%. Also after marking the part up about 75% they wanted to charge me to get old starter back!

Excellent service and tremendous customer service and the level of respect from the technicians is fabulous. I have done business with Rose Tire for several years and have always been pleased. I certainly would recommend this business to anyone. My most recent visit surpassed my expectations in that I believed I had a major problem with my engine. The technician spotted the problem and promptly fixed it with very little cost to me. Thanks so much. Continue the good work!!!

I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years, having purchased several sets of tires for 3 different vehicles and muliple service visits for said vehichels but when I had a tire whose sidewall blew out they would not honor the warranty and said it was my fault for not having enough air in the tire? Never again, they have lost of a dedicated customer

I waited 5 minutes on hold at 7:30 in the morning and hung up. I never even made it into the store, I figure if they cant answer a question in that time how long would it take them to change my tires. This must be why they have so many special features in their waiting room, to distract you from the slow service.

Waited an hour and forty minutes for an oil change before I asked for my keys back.. The last time I tried to get my oil changed there they misplaced my work order.. They gave me a free oil change but 4 hours total for 1 oil change is a waste of time. I seriously doubt Ill go back. Smh!

I have used Rose Tire for repairs and Tires, The prices are what they should be. The work done was done correctly and in a timely manner. I see reviews about time and parts price, if a parts has to be ordered and the supplier done not have it then you may have to wait until it comes in.

Awesome service and competitive pricing! I have purchased at least 6 full sets of tires plus service work from Roses Tire. They have always been willing to work with my special requests. Ask for Chris if you feel you arent being take care of as he is the owner.

Great service with timely repairs. I highly recommend Rose Tire for automobile service. The waiting area is very comfortable and the wireless internet helps pass time while you wait. The staff is friendly and it doesnt take them long to learn your name.

Great service and reasonable price. Pay 4 dollars more than those fly by night fixers that still have half of the Exxon on top of shop. It was well worth it to pay those few dollars for peace of mind and confidence that the job is done right.

Great waiting room because you are going to need it! After my vehicle sat for 3 hours in the same spot I parked it, I got my keys and left with it! My family had a bad experience several years ago but I decided to give them another chance.
